Worst Dining Experience Ever!

Wife and I wanted to sneak in a final date before the new year. We got someone to watch our 3 small kids. We wanted good food and to playroom games.. relax and have fun.

Waited over an hour for our food that wasn’t even ready. They brought the food out in stages (steak 1st.. 20 mins later.. broccoli.. loaded potatoes never came).. cold and old. The manager refused to come out the office to speak to us as disgruntled customers.

Not worth it.

Had our daughter’s 15th birthday party here and it was a blast! They provided everything we needed. Thank you for making her day special!

I’m not sure what it is, but every single time I come in and try to eat here and I’ve tried multiple times over the period of 2 years now and each time the food just comes out either greasy greasy or just not good at all. Service has been pretty good haven’t really had many issues with that other than at times it does feel like they are understaffed. It really is a shame with the price of the food that you get subpar food. Pictured is what they call the Philly cheesesteak.

Great location with easy access. It’s kind of noisy but still can hold conversation. Food was OK, not bad but not great either. They were out of some common beers but not unable to find one I liked. Staff was friendly and helpful, but never got a glass of water that I asked for.

Steak tasted as good as a expensive steakhouse. The service was amazing, come and request Ashanti as your server! You won’t regret it.

Tarrah was an absolute beast! She made a killer margarita. Her service was impeccable! She interacts with her customers like they are long lost friends. I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience. I’m a truck driver so it’s nice to be able to sit and have a conversation with people.

As you enter, the sign says ” wait to be seated”. I stood there for 15 mins, with several staff members walking by. I was totally ignored. Even a customer sitting nearby the entrance took note of this. He said, “Man, they’re just ignoring you!”. “Customer service is terrible here”. So, I helped myself to a barstool. The bar was not busy at all. The bartender was slow. Again I was ignored. She made me feel unwelcome, by going out of her way to avoid eye contact and ignore me. Besides dirty looks, I received no attention. I had to ask 3 times for another beer. She looked at me like I was a nuisance. Keep in mind, I was polite at all times. Although, I was getting pretty aggravated. This place sucks. The staff is rude. The food is not bad. Not worth returning for. Which I assure you, I will not!!

Omg this was a horrible experience. We walked in and some solo artist played so loud it was an instant headache. We found a booth as far away as possible. We tried to order food but the waitress had to wait between songs to hear us. We ordered cocktails and got our menus. My husband ordered a 12 oz ribeye a baked potato and baked beans. 30 minutes later we got our 1st drink and were told they were out of ribeyes so he ordered and 8 oz sirloin. I had ordered a bake potato and potato soup. I got my baked potato but had to send the soup back. It was like brown water. No potato chunks chives or cheese like it all ways came in the past. When my husband finally got his order they served him a steak the sizebeans of a cigarette pack and a half full cup of baked beans. Where was his potato…..they said oh we’re out. So all I had was a baked potato that belonged with his meal. We had two Jim Beams each. They gave us an unitemized receipt for 52 dollars for basically 1 meal. So we left both hungry and with a headache. We have been here many times. We will never be back and we have 32 yrs of trucker friends that will hear about this.

The atmosphere was warm, elegant, and inviting — perfect for both a romantic dinner or a celebration with friends.

I ordered the ribeye, cooked medium-rare, and it was absolute perfection — juicy, tender, and full of flavor with a beautiful sear on the outside. The sides were equally impressive; the potatoes were creamy and rich. The house-made steak sauce was a great touch, though honestly, the meat didn’t need anything extra.

This place is a must-visit for any steak lover. Excellent food, outstanding service, and a classy yet comfortable vibe. I’ll definitely be returning!
