Placed a to go order for my family while we were all at Splash Lagoon, food was done quickly, tasted great (haven’t had QS&L for awhile since most of the locations have closed near me), and the order was accurate and fairly priced.

Malachi was so nice and a great server! We had a lot of modifications to our meals and a lot of questions; he was so accommodating and remembered everything. All the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was very fun. We would definitely come back!

First time and last time visit. My wife and I will not go back. The food was to spicy hot even after asking if it was spicy hot before ordering. Our waitress attempted to take our order without writing it down and while she did get my wife’s order correct, she totally messed mine up. The place was not busy but she was the only waitress on the floor. The Cauliflower Wings were phenomenal and I would door dash those in. From start to finish it took 2 hours and 45 minutes to eat and leave and our butts were sore from the seating. We did give the waitress a decent tip due to the Christmas Season and she did have a great personality. She did have my meal remade to what I originally ordered at no additional costs and attempted to rectify the situation.

Disappointed, stayed at Wyndham/splash lagoon next door. Ordered takeout Bucket of wings, chicken salad (biker) and chicken tenders and fries. ($67+5tip) Walked over early. Stopped in the bar to pick up, Restaurant wasn’t busy but take out can’t be picked up at bar. Ordered a Sam’s Adam’s seasonal while I waited. Beer was flat ($6.75+1tip). Drank a few sips left the rest. Back at the room no dressing for salad & $16.49 chicken tenders were the size of nuggets. On a positive, wings were decent and they didn’t skimp on the ranch/blue cheese or wipes/ napkins. Next time I’ll just drive to a local shop.

Great spot! Came with 7 people (2 kids) on a busy day—service was fast and super friendly. The BBQ sauce was fire! Perfect vibe, solid food, and they handled our crew like pros. Definitely coming back!

My kids had such a great time bowling — they absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was fun and our server was really attentive and friendly, which made the experience even better. The food tasted good overall, but we were a little disappointed in the portion sizes. The kids finished everything on their plates and were still hungry afterward. My husband and I both ordered burgers, and while they were good, they were pretty small — about the size of a McDonald’s burger. We all cleaned our plates, but for the price, we were hoping for a bit more food. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves, but the portion sizes could definitely be improved

As soon as I came in, everyone got up to assist me (they were extremely slow at this time). They put my order in correctly, told me 15min. Came back in 15 min and it was ready.
They were kind and I will be back. I ate the food so fast, I don’t have a good picture, BUT IT WAS AMAZING. I ordered a bacon cheese burger with provolone cheese & loaded fries.
The hamburger was HUGE & well done like I asked. Haven’t had QS & L in years because I usually have to drive too far for them.

Please note this restaurant is connected to the waterpark. We were staying for the weekend and totally expected extended wait times for our large party and for the location. We called two hours in advance to let them know we were a party of 16 and what time we would be there. We told them we didn’t mind sitting at any tables and that we didn’t need to stay together as a group. Almost 2 hrs later and having to speak to management after seeing many others coming and getting seated they finally sat us. The staff seemed overwhelmed and the waitress told the bartender we were getting drinks from while we waited that she was ready to quit. The manager instead of helping was chatting to either regulars or friends at the bar most the time we were there and was no help to her staff at all. Apps came out quick but the rest of dinner took almost an hour and came out cold. We ate it because we all were starving at this point and didn’t want to wait anymore. The waitress apologized and the manager never once asked how things were. If you have kids and are staying at the water park, yes this place is convenient but be prepared to wait a very long time.

The experience we had there tonight was amazing. The restaurant wasn’t overly packed but busy enough. The waitress was very pleasant and on top of everything!! Food was good and came out quick. They were very accommodating to kiddos and the manager went above and beyond to check on us. I wish I had caught the managers name as she was so sweet, along with the waitress. We will definitely be back after such a good experience. Great job Quaker Steak!

My family and I went for dinner here on Valentine’s Day and we had a blast! The service was even better than the food! Our server was awesome and our Manager Stephanie was so sweet and funny but yet professional. Stephanie definitely added to our experience! We will be back!
