Absolutely incredible hot pot experience! The broth was deeply flavorful, the ingredients were fresh and the variety of options made it easy for everyone to customize their meal. Service by Tiffany was attentive without being intrusive, and the atmosphere was cozy but lively. You can really tell they care about both the food and the experience. One of the best hot pot spots I’ve been to and I’ll definitely be coming back! Make sure to get a tea too!

Came here for restaurant week. Hot pot is sooo amazing on a freezing cold day. Got the mushroom broth and herbal chicken broth. Both were really good. We didnt think it was much food visually, but we were completely stuffed. Theres a sauce bar, appetizers (fries, chicken, etc), and dessert (grapes, melon, mango sage, etc). Great meal.

We celebrated my dad’s 60th birthday at Qiao Lin Hotpot, and it ended up being one of the best family dinners we’ve ever had. The food was incredible, the broths were so flavorful, and the service was amazing from start to finish.

The food was great. Nothing to complain about the food quality. A few notes that the floor is slippery when we were then and out table were far from the hot bar so we were struggling whenever we brought the sauce back to our table and the hallway is narrow. The parking might be difficult to find for first timer or out of town.
The boba is good. We had an amazing meal. we got their chicken golden broth and tomato and the spicy (the triple flavor pot). The tomato broth is thick and flavorful!

I got Maocai (single serve hot pot) for takeout from this place. You can choose your own meats and vegetables (6–8 options) which I loved. The flavor was great, and having hot soup in the winter was absolutely perfect. The interior was bright and well decorated, it would also be a nice spot for a proper hot pot. They have a great drink menu too so I almost mistook it for a boba shop! I also learned that they also have a store in Boston and Atlanta too on top of the 2 locations in Chicago.

Absolutely loved this hotpot place! The ingredients are incredibly fresh and the flavors are truly authentic. The interior décor is beautiful and creates a very comfortable dining atmosphere. The service is exceptionally attentive, and the dishes come out really fast. They also offer a great variety of side dishes, which is a big plus. Highly recommend!

A great hotpot near the loop. We got in the yelp wait list and was seated with in half hour. Janette was our server and she was very polite and explained in detail the various options. The service was quick. The quality of the food and veggies were really good. I would definitely come here again.
