I went into this location this evening. And what a great experience. The staff was happy. They were laughing with the customers. The atmosphere was light and enjoyable. I spent $92 and it was so well worth it! Thank you to the management for hiring such great workers with great attitudes! What a relief to see people enjoying their jobs!

Literally had all good experiences here at this benson location! But tonight 9/23/25 at 6:30pm they were super busy AND it is absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! When I say the notes were followed to a T! Most delicious burrito bowl EVER! Chipotle who? They all deserve praise for their hard work and care they take in making people’s food. I am pretty picky, and I legit couldn’t be happier!

First time coming to this location and oh man it was disappointing. They were putting chairs up 3 hours before close, barely gave me any beans maybe half a scoop visibly too lazy to grab another container, then half scooped guacamole too. Not worth the $20 because I did tip too but they need to be retrained and uphold better standards

Hadn’t been to Qdoba in quite a long time. Was looking for a healthy option for lunch. No one else was open on July 4th, but Qdoba was. They were friendly, very fast, and the Cholula chicken bowl was excellent. Very glad I went and I’ll definitely be returning

Portions were splendid and service was excellent. I would like to specifically mention Adrian, who engaged me as a customer in an exemplary fashion. Even with rising costs everywhere, I’ve stood by what I’ve said in the past: Qdoba is the best value in terms of calories and nutrients per dollar in town. My criteria for judging a restaurant are less based on a general scale and more on how certain restaurants dominate within the niche they occupy. Within the fast-casual restaurant world (think Chipotle, CAVA, and Sweetgreen), Qdoba continues to compete and excel. Five Stars

I love the burrito bowl or just the burritos here at Qdoba! This location, well it’s Benson and New Seward so it’s semi hood but the food, service, and atmosphere all make up for it. I have both dined in and taken to go! Cholula hot sauce and the Cholula chicken are almost my every time go to!! Or steak!!! Mmm, I appreciate that I get well served and I never leave disappointed in all areas! This is how a good chain should operate! Go here when you’re in the area for great Mexican eats! Oh don’t forget queso and chips!

While working the line, the three employees were awesome to watch. Working together, communicating, and kind to one another. The manager teaching how to wrap a burrito was patient and soft spoken. The other employee teaching also showed their technique with kind words and a smile. The cashier was sweet and friendly. GREAT JOB BENSON QDOBA.
