The food was excellent as always, the dining room was clean and welcoming, and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, they had run out of guacamole so that was disappointing but the staff explained it in a kind and empathetic way. They also helped my with the app so I could get free could and queso and so my rewards points.
This is one of the best Qdobas and it was a great experience.

What an experience I had last night about 6pm. As soon as we walked in the doors the kitchen music is blasting trap hood music. Every other word was Cussing, sex, drugs. Now the food, I asked for 2 bowls they are apparently out of the actual bowls so used a tray. I asked for steak she put about 6 small chunks and moved on. I said excuse me is that all the meat your going to put on there she said yea we out i will just toss some chicken on there i guess. Um excuse me what….. you think you can short me then pick my food for me? We are going to make more steak soon but it will be awhile….at this point im irritated and pay for my shortage of food and leave. Why was it $34 for 2 “bowls” that where both shorted food?

So I haven’t ordered a delivery from this location for some time due to them consistently having mistakes on the order. I tried to order again this evening, big mistake. The order was missing two items and the size difference between burritos was astounding (see pic). Now the bigger burrito is chicken and the smaller one is steak, here’s the kicker, I paid extra for steak and yet its a youth size burrito. I called down there and the person that answered the phone said I could come down there and get the stuff they missed (kinda defeats the purpose of paying extra for the delivery) and then pivoted to offering me ONE free meal card. I won’t be ordering from this location again. This has gotten out of hand. When you get less than 20% of your delivery orders correct with a customer, there’s no coming back. Stay away, and if you do order from here, pick it up and double check the order.

Well don’t come here at night because they close before the time they say they close at.. I knocked on the door and even called the place and was ignored both times and I walked here so I was very disappointed especially for never having it before and this happens.. I came 20 minuts before closing and the lady that is closing just decided to walk to the back and stay there. So very disappointed. I work in food Industry as well and we stay open until the time it says we close no matter what. And we continue to see people until then. We have had people order two minutes before we close yes it may be annoying but we still honor our word and they. Get served there food. Disappointing is all I can say. If I was general manager I’d make sure your places are staying open until they say they’re actually closed because it’s simply not right if you’re gonna close way before actually closing time. Then officially change your closing time

Okay so usually I like it but lately every time we go in it is just a straight up mess. The girl that was working tonight seemed very flustered and like she was just rushing to get everyone out. She had what looked like a new-hire only woth her that if anything was just slowing her down and making it worse. Everything we unfortunately got served was so old and crusty looking. (Cause we ordered online). If i went in and saw the state of that place and heard the rushed attitude of her i would have just turned around and left. They were out of guacamole fajita veggies pickled onions pickled jalapenos who knows what else cause “no one prepped for her this morning” according to her.
Just disappointing cause a few years ago it was always good and the people were nice.
Edit- just got home to a bowl with maybe half of the ingredients in it that i asked for, and no sauces on the side like I asked for. I called to try and request a refund and got a very rude response from the girl working. She told me i have to request my refund through the app (cant find any way to do that?) and then said she is going to call her manager and basically hung up on me?!

I absolutely love qudobas great food the taste is amazing. Never disappointed i always get the grilled chicken burrito they are large and filling you get to chose your rice beans toppings . The customer service is always great here too very friendly and kind. Couldn’t ask for more. My favorite restaurant of all restaurants i chose qudobas over all the mexican food places .

I noticed the texture of my food was a bit of, so I spit out a bite of chicken. It was raw. The manager on the phone was dismissive but said he would check. Ordered through door dash, so I was luckily able to get a refund. Will not be ordering again

The food is soooo good. But the wait is long. I arrived at 6 pm on Saturday and waited 20 minutes with 2 people in front of me. I realized the three workers were filling online orders. There must be a better way….after I got my food, I discovered they were out of ice! The workers seemed to have no answer. It remained empty.
Sigh. I don’t want this place to close.
