First and foremost, every employee here has always been very friendly to me, even on crazy nights. Some of the other venues at Quest should come see how to get customer service done!

Second, Qdoba is one of my favorite chains, and these guys really are one of the best ones. Great food always.

This is just a walk up location so the atmosphere is, well, you’re in a casino. All I know is I get good tacos here. All I need.

The guys working here seem like they would rather be dead than working here. The extra large dark guy should not be in a customer service customer facing position. It was ok food although he was also very light on the ingredients and toppings compared to other times ive been there witb other emplpyees. You sir made it unpleasant! If I see him working there in the future I will go elsewhere!

The food was horrible. I got a pork quesadilla and couldn’t even eat it all it was so bad. Walked away with a stomach ache. Only reason we came here is the line at Fatburger was too long. However, the staff was very polite and friendly.

Wish I took a photo. Employees were rude complaining they were short staffed, still tipped only to get home and find food was missing ingredients, barely any that was there and tortillas that were rubbery. Nothing compared to the division location, which is wonderful! Oh and they had very few options for toppings for the tacos could only get flour also.

Had a quick bite while enjoying the casino. I ordered nachos. I was a little disappointed that the chips tasted stale, and my protein was really dry. The place was rather busy that night, the service was friendly and quick, just kinda put off by the food.

We had went to Qdoba at 935pm on Wed. Before Thanksgiving we had very bad service and very minimal options ” because they are closing soon”. I pay the same price 20 minutes before you close, than someone came 20 minutes after you open. The customer service was shockingly horrible. I know they were trained to be so much better.

Some days they are good some days not. Pay attention to how much of the products they are using in your meal. Not all employees know how to make their products correctly. My last visit was a small bowl w rice chicken beans quest sour cream. It was like eating a bowl of qeuso which was not very appetizing.
