some of the staff are genuinely so nice, but i cannot stress enough how much you get skimped depending on what time you go. if it’s slow and the food on the lines about to go bad you’ll get a massive bowl, if you go during prime dinner time you’ll get 3 large pieces of lettuce and half a scoop of everything. insane to me that 2 bowls ran me $30, when both of them fit in the the same container without touching the lid. waste of your money, just go somewhere else

EXCEEDED expectations! We came in the middle of lunch rush and the crew working did an amazing job. When I ordered and informed them I was gluten-free, they changed their gloves and assisted me. The food was DELICIOUS! Highly recommend the pulled pork tacos.

The steak bowl I got was actually not bad. I enjoyed the food, but the employees could be more welcoming. The food line wasn’t a mess, but it wasn’t clean neither. I’m bringing this up because it was dead. I believe that if it’s slow, you shouldn’t be tidying up.

I love Qdoba. The food is really good. The people are always nice. But I have not had the best experience the last 2 times I have ordered from here. The first time, the sticker and peel from the avocado was in my bowl (pictured) and the second time, the rice was actually uncooked. I’m military and always order pickup to go and this is just very disappointing. The “complimentary” cookie doesn’t help that these details are being missed.

Fast and friendly service. Everything was fresh and the staff was knowledgeable. There was a little wait but expected when you’re making each individual order. I appreciated that they called out more staff to fill orders when there were several people in line. Sad they were out of the special chicken. Would definitely go back.

Usually they are pretty decent but it really just depends on who you get making your food. I know they are working hard in there but I’m not paying by weight. Sometimes I get a full bowl and sometimes (like today, sorry Adam I’m calling you out on this review because I didn’t have the heart to do it in store) I get a bowl that’s barely half full. I had to use my own cheese at home because there just wasn’t enough in the bowl and a couple of pieces of lettuce ain’t gonna cut it.

I am sorry I can’t give 0 stars. I waited in line for 30 minutes while te employees were taking pictures with their phones, completely ignored customers in line, talking between each others. One employee was just walking around doing nothing. I had to leave without my food because I was going to be late for work. I will visit this location never again.
