I was pleased that they had a cilantro free rice option. I got a burrito with pork, black beans, brown rice and cheese. It was a little smaller than I would have liked, but it was really tasty.

Horrible experience. Ordered chips and queso. The app said to be there between 5:25 and 5:35. I was there at 5:25, the cashier said it will be a few minutes. I waited. She asked my name, I told her and then she reprimanded me about placing it earlier if I wanted it now. She said it will be awhile, haw a seat. I waited and then the manager and the cashier reprimanded me again about it. I told them to cancel it. They were rude. They said I walked in and stared at the cashier. I had no where else to look. I told them they were rude. The manager was irritated with me and acted like I was wrong and hostile. It was insane for chips and queso.

The food here is delicious. The serving sizes are very large. The burrito I ordered was huge and I instantly regretted eating it all in one sitting. I should have saved half of it for later. Their catering services are great and used regularly by the company I work for. It is a bit on the expensive size so I don’t eat here often.

I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve had a lot of ups and downs with this location. However I can say it’s been consistently messy for over a year now. Today I came in and i immediately noticed how clean it was. This is by far the cleanest I’ve seen this store in years. Whoever took over is doing a dang good job!

Been going to this Qdoba for a long time—not sure when we’ll be back. They really don’t care about your food at all.

Had the smallest burrito ever that was basically just tortilla folded over itself.

Also, who puts that much salt on your chips? Do you geniuses ever taste the BS you’re selling? If I wanted to order rock salt on stale chips, I would’ve specified that.

So much more I want to say but I’m going to refrain from really tearing people down. I’ll just leave it at: I will never vote to increase the minimum wage because it enables and encourages incompetency. Do better.

The owner’s response doesn’t make up for tasteless food. You cannot remake something and make it taste good….think about that. It needs different seasonings…or some salt…simple stuff. Gig harbor is so high up there that anything flies I guess

Ordered delivery. Food is usually really good. Tonight my steak burrito was mostly dry unseasoned brown rice. Steak, what little there was in it, was tough and fatty. The guacamole was subbed for hard unripe chunks of avocado. No corn salsa, no sour cream. Did they just run out of everything and think they would just throw together a sub par burrito? Disappointed to say the least.

Do not order online. When the app says it is ready and you go inside to pick it up they will brush you aside. Then you will wait for each person in the line to order and get their food made. The line is never ending and therefore you would have gotten your food faster if you would have just gone in and ordered. Customers who walked in 15 minutes after mine showed ready for pickup are still getting their food made before mine. Getting ready to just get in line and place a new order. It has now been 20 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready and the gal said they service walk in customers before online orders so you can wait hours depending how busy they are. Do not order online or best to just avoid this business.

Worst burrito I’ve ever had, burnt meat ruined the entire thing. Tried to pick at it, made me gag. On a bright note, staff was excellent! It was take out so didn’t realize till I was 25min away, filed a complaint and corporate offered us two entree’s if we are rewards members, what a joke. Avoid this place if you are hungry.
