Great spot for some quick eats. Everything is always full of flavor, never disappoints, yet sometimes this location runs out of guacamole, birria meat, and other items. Also, they shut down the griddle at least an hour before they close each night to allow for adequate cooling, so be conscious if you’re looking for a quesadilla, be sure to order at least 60 minutes before close, been turned away a few times. Otherwise lots of options for families, selective eaters, and vegetarians/carnivores/pescatarians

First off, This place has gone way downhill within the past year…!!
Today, they made my burrito wrong, with very little chicken, and only on the bottom, so It was like a treasure hunt to try and find the chicken. Then the brown rice in it was only half cooked and crunchy hard, so I asked about getting a credit for that defective burrito. However, the rude young lady refused, saying that it was “Not their policy”! (According to the other responses by the owner, their REAL policy is if you are not satisfied with your burrito they will remake it for you at no charge while you watch). This option was not offered to me.
(I must note that my friend ordered a bowl with shredded pork, and she got three times the amount of meat that I got in my burrito.. ).
As other reviewers have stated, usually there’s only one hard working guy out front while the other three are in the back room hanging out….
I won’t be back to this Q location, due mainly to the horrible customer service…! .
Fact: The customer is always right, and the staff can always be replaced…..!

This place used to be great, not anymore.

Recently, i ordered nachos, and bowl was half full. Upon asking, the girl was being rude and said that u used to get bigger portions, as a mistake from previous owners, not anymore under new management. Why do i care about which management is it .
Also, she said that online orders portion is less than in store orders. Does it mean we should stop ordering online on qdoba app ?
Will never come back to this store.

Walked in at 9:15pm, knowing closing time is 10pm and we had plenty of time. Lots of fresh food still on the line. Employee didn’t greet us but only said “just so you guys know, our dining room is closed”. Weird – there’s nothing posted on the building, door, or online about this. All of the chairs were still down. We had a feeling that the employee who said this was probably the shift supervisor and we’d get nowhere if we pushed back at all, so we didn’t. We got our food and ate in the car, and noticed at 9:43 as we were about to pull away that the “Open” sign had been turned off. Again.. closing time is 10. Everyone knows that closing time isn’t “go home” time in the hospitality industry. Those are the hours when your business and product are supposed to be available.
Look, I get being “done” for the day and wanting to go home, but operating hours are operating hours, and a shift is a shift. This was poor service and laziness on full display. We’ll visit a different location going forward.

I ordered online said 6:02 pick up but it was not ready for 15 minutes after that. They had workers hanging around in the back while only one person worked the orders. People coming in store were getting orders faster. It was first time going to Qdoba. I will be sure not come back to this place again.

The food is consistently great, but unfortunately the customer service has been disappointing. On multiple visits, there has been no greeting upon entering. For online orders, utensils are often missing even when they are specifically requested.

With better customer service training, this place could be excellent overall.

The burrito bowl with brisket was an absolute sensual firestorm. The brisket, tender and dripping with smoky juices, practically begged to be devoured, each bite melting in my mouth with an intensity that sent shockwaves of pleasure through me. The salsa hit me with a fiery heat, teasing my lips, while the guacamole slid like silk, cool and creamy, against the warmth of the rice. Each mouthful was a slow, seductive dance between heat and cool, spice and richness, like a lover’s touch that left me breathless and wanting more. The flavors intertwined in a way that was dangerously addictive, drawing me in deeper with every bite until I couldn’t stop, craving the next bite like a wild, burning desire I couldn’t extinguish. It was beyond indulgence—it was a bold, irresistible passion in a bowl.

This is the 2nd time in 2-weeks that we we’re served lukewarm food and they ran out of guacamole? How does that even happen at 5pm? Where’s management. Makes one wonder how they even pass their annual food inspection from the health department?

Excellent tortilla soup.
They were out of guacamole, pico, and straws. Also the nozzle on the lemonade on the drink dispenser was broken so it sprayed over the floor.
The employees were working very diligently

To the girl who helped me tonight I understand the restaurant industry and I sympathize with you. I could tell you were getting overwhelmed. And want you to know I appreciate you. This industry is not easy. But you performed amazingly under the stress. I hope the company recognizes the hard work you put in. (Order of the 3-cheese nacho bowls)
