Hadn’t been here in awhile and decided to come in. Guacamole was brown…like all of the guacamole in the container. Presentation is important. Maybe squeeze a little more lime in there? Also, the restaurant just has a dirty feel to it. Won’t be back.

I wanted to leave a review for Krystle because she made our experience today really great. My girlfriend and I both deal with social anxiety, and sometimes ordering at restaurants can feel a little stressful for us. Krystle was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming, and she made the whole process feel easy and comfortable.

Her friendly attitude really stood out and made us feel relaxed instead of rushed. It meant a lot to us and made our visit much more enjoyable. Employees like Crystal make people want to come back, and we really appreciate her kindness.

I went to qudoba today and received amazing service from a server named Krystle. She was sweet, kind, and very helpful. She noticed I forgot to order meat in my bowl and went back to the beginning of the counter to grab me some. She helped me understand what options of food they had. She was patient while I took time to make decisions and quick to help. It felt like she really connected with me to help get my order right rather than just treating me like yet another person in her day. It really made my day as I have a lot of anxiety ordering at restaurant’s and she made this process really easy for me.

Even when Restaurants have many bad Reviews, I always take a Chance..experience and Judge for myself.
And this QDOBA was one of Them.
Well…. I should have stayed away, as many reviews suggested. I do see the owner post-replying with Apologies over & over, BROKEN RECORD, ey?
Instead.. Why Not spend little more time Training your Employees Better and be/Stay Consistent??!’

I have ordered Chicken or Steak Burritos (via Uber Eats, Grub Hub and Door Dash Apps) in last 2 years at this Location. And things were okay, considering i didn’t have a high expectations, Until recently! Last 3 delivery orders (consecutively) have been absolutely TERRIBLE!!
I literally had tiny 5-6 pieces of Meat (Not even a bite size) and they barely added the ingredients I asked for . I swear.. 50% was ALL RICE with Dried up Flour Tortillas.

I have No idea what’s going at this Lynnwood location,. But I swear… I AM DONE Now!
***3rd STRIKES in a Row, I’m Out!!” ***

Through Delivery apps.. I’ve been paying $15-16 (Burrito by itself) + Tax + Service Fee + TIP = $22-23.
NOT WORTH IT!!

QDOBA Mexican Eats is a quiet and clean restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. The food is flavorful and delicious, and the portions are generous with beans, though the meat servings could be a bit more plentiful. I do wish they were a bit more careful when placing the food in the bowls, as they can look a bit messy. The staff is incredibly friendly and cheerful, which adds to the overall positive experience.

Wow, they know how to make a customer feel heard. I thought something was not right about my bowl and when I called they mentioned they accidentally started it as a burrito and apologized for sending out that way and remade it correctly for me. I appreciate everyone working there today, seems like a good crew and I think I found me new favorite place.

I ordered chis & guacamole and the guacamole wasn’t even close to being broken down. It was bit pieces of avocado that made a n my was in my car. No flavor either, very disappointing.

I love Qdoba especially when they have the loaded tortilla soup option, but this location very much disappointed me. I am vegetarian so my only protein option is the fajita veggies which they were out of. In addition, they were also out of guac. Two big components of my veggie bowl! Also, they were out of the roasted tomato salsa. All this after waiting over 10 minutes in line. What was I paying for, some rice, beans and lettuce?

I hope they can figure out staffing and service to stay fully stocked to provide customers a meal they are paying for.

This might be the saddest Qdoba I’ve ever been to. We walked in around 7pm craving some Mexican food. The place was empty, but we figured no big deal. We stood at the counter waiting for the only employee to acknowledge us, but he just kept stacking bowls without even looking up. This went on for about three minutes.

We said “hi”—nothing. Finally my husband asked, “Are you guys open?” The employee briefly turned around, said “yeah,” and immediately went back to stacking bowls without asking what we wanted or even making eye contact. At that point it was clear he didn’t want to serve us, so we left.

It was honestly shocking. I don’t know if he was having a bad day or what, but the experience was uncomfortable enough that we won’t be returning to this location. The only Qdoba we’ve ever enjoyed is the one at SeaTac Airport, so I guess it’s Chipotle for us from now on.

Food seemed fresh and good. Portion sizes were also good. The service was nice. Editing my review because I went back recently and the meat seemed like it was sitting out awhile, small portions, and dirty kitchen. + they forgot the guacamole which is the best part
