Got the smallest burrito bowl of my life after using the app. I guess if you can’t watch them make it they’ll give you next to nothing. And they keep your pick up order behind the counter, so you’ll have to wait to get someone’s attention, of which it took me a bit as multiple people walked right by me as I was standing there staring at my food…

I’ve dined in many casual restaurants before., The customer service here was terrible. The people behind the counter were not paying attention to us, the music was so loud it was hard to hear then, and when I spoke up so they could hear me. I was criticized by the staff.
