First time here on 11/26/25 and I must say it was AWESOME! Ron and Cody was absolutely amazing and did a great job of making our first experience with QDOBA very nice. The food was really good and very flavorful and tasted fresh! Cody went the extra mile and had us sample the different meats before we ordered. The Bowls and Quesadillas was AWESOME and the sauces was amazing. This food is so good we are gonna recommend them to our employer for catering. Ron was excellent in explaining the catering info. This place is definitely my new go to. I highly recommend this place.

I wanted to try something here and tried Chesse crusted quesadilla with veggie options as I’m vegetarian. It was so good with the sour cream and Chipotle sauce. But I did not figure out how to eat with hands as the salsa inside makes it soft and falls off…but who cares when the food is good

I went to this establishment on monday March 2nd 2026. I ordered 3 tacos from a Mexican worker and he did not speak English right. Each time he asked me what ingredients I wanted, he gave me the opposite ingredient. He then coughed all over my food. His coworker saved the day and called him out on getting my order wrong. The Mexican worker stated he did not speak English alot. His coworker tried to make it right, which he was a fantatic worker. If a worker cannot speak English to their customers, please let the other coworker take the order.

This place is way better than Chipotle it offers more flavor and offers more options and they don’t charge for Guac or queso on your entree. I will never go to chipotle again. The staff was friendlier and the wait Wasn’t long. I definitely rate it 10/10. I forgot to mention they also offer Good priced catering.

I am glad that Qdoba is finally in the Bay Area. Quite happy it’s located in Easy Bay. Always a fan of their food.
Coming to this location. Not a big place but I like what they did with the space. On a hot day, it would be nice to have some cooling or mist for seating outside. Definitely in the shade but still those things would make it even more comfortable.
Food is great too but the serving sizes are on the smaller side. The staff were very conservative while putting in the rice or beans or the meat. Liked when the manager came to us and greeted personally and explained their rewards program and catering options. It always feels good when they do such gestures. Makes us feel important as a customer.

Good food. I actually like the food here and I’d rather eat here than Chipotle. I bought the bowl, chips and drink and it was only 17$. The steak was well chopped and had excellent flavor. They have a large variety of toppings to put on your bowl. Very nice people and they keep the restaurant clean. I will be back for more thank you!

As a great Mexican food fan I had to try it right away and compare to other similar places.
I am happy to have a new option for Mexican food in Walnut Creek.
I tried the burrito because I figured if would be the most likely item to be similar to a competitor like Chipotle, but I tried the most unique protein that there offer: Birria.
I feel like I made an excellent choice because the taste was delicious, tasted fresh and it was juicy.
The ordering process is similar to other options but the flavor is unique. I highly recommend QDOBA as a new option, and maybe it is a flavor more inline with what you like.

I have heard really good things about this restaurant, so I decided to try it through Grubhub. It’s honestly so bad. The queso and salsa taste terrible, and the way they package nachos is so bizarre. They put all the toppings into one separate bowl, so it just turns into a soupy mess. The chips were all broken (although they did taste really good). The green salsa wasn’t good either, which was a bummer.

This place is better than Chipotle! Plus, they have a delicious mango salsa (potentially only seasonally) & don’t even charge for guacamole!!! The food is uniformly delicious & fresh. Customer service is top-notch, as well. Shift manager Cody is such a delight. A gentleman, for sure. Ana is super sweet and helpful, too. If the company would get their AC working again, I would stay to dine in more often. There is an outdoor seating area, though. Or you can choose to sit by the door. Definitely try this place out! You won’t be disappointed!
