First time here, we had been hearing about it for sometime now and now I understand the hype! I really liked chipotle but this is way WAY better! The quality of the food and the flavors are not even comparable to chipotle. I wish they had one closer to my house but I will be stopping by again when I’m in the area.

8/20/25 I had such a great experience at the Mission Valley Qdoba! I was helped by DJ and Aiden, and both of them were so kind and helpful. Aiden made my burrito and even offered me a taste test of the new habanero lime steak which I thought was such a thoughtful touch. DJ was ringing up my order very politely asked if I was a rewards member, and I mentioned that I had tried a few times to sign up without success. He went above and beyond to make sure I was finally able to get signed up right there and gave me my first reward on the house . So very nice !
It’s been a long time since I’ve gone to a restaurant where the employees were not only friendly, but genuinely happy to make sure I left happy too. DJ and Aiden really made my visit stand out, and I think this Qdoba mission valley location is doing a fantastic job. Thank you again to both of them. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Sandra made my bowl beautifully, it was delicious. Monica at the register has very good customer service skills and really attentive. Santos was the chef on shift and he kept the kitchen moving when it got extremely busy. Thank you crew for your great service, you are appreciated!!!

I actually came here after a really horrible customer service experience at chipotle across the street and this team it was literally like night and day customers who seem to be returning our local customers were laughing with the team. They were very pleasant and sweet, and I even got free chips and queso for signing up for rewards wonderful place

Great food and line staff, but management needs a mood check.
This was our first time at Qdoba, and we were really impressed by the food and the incredible service from the team on the line. A very kind gentleman even let us know about a BOGO deal. However, the experience soured at the register. The cashier/manager was incredibly rude and seemed visibly upset that we were using the promotion. If you don’t enjoy the job, don’t take it out on the customers. She made us feel very unwelcome, which is a shame because the rest of the team was wonderful.

My daughter had mentioned Qdoba to me before so when I was in the mission valley area I popped in . I ordered the surf and turf bowl. The bowl was a good size for the amount of food they give you , with every bite I took I was still able to taste the steak meat and it was seasoned very well. Huge difference to other places that are similar to Qdoba.

Just looking for a quick bite after a soccer game and stumbled upon this place in between la jollas crazy traffic. The food was good and there were many options. I went with a birria rice bowl with many toppings and i also got a kids quesidilla. Aiden was really helpful and attentive and super kind to my kiddo! Great staff! The restaurant is large and has a lot of seating options.
