Nice to find a Great New Place! Food was Excellent, tried the Build your on Bowls off the menu. It was Great, Big helps, will seasoned, hot, tasty.good selection….Delicious! Been back twice since trying them. Can’t wait to try more of what they have. Great for lunch or dinner. There Manager is Something Special, Chrissy is one of the Hardest Working, Young Lady’s that works Circles around young kids that work there, Kids are like a bunch of zombies nowadays when it comes to work? No work ethic whatsoever!

Had Qdoba door dashed a couple months back and we ordered 4 different bowls, but 2 of them came half empty. The portion size was terrible. This evening I decided to go again and give it a second try. Terrible decision. I asked for a bowl with steak and the worker proceeded to say, “we don’t have steak right now.” Mind you we went around 7oclock and Qdoba doesn’t close until 10pm. She didn’t offer a second option or offer to make a batch if we wanted to wait, she just looked at me with a blank stare. I didn’t want to ask if she could make some because I feel like a worker with good customer service would offer to make some considering they had 3 hours until closing. I decided to get chicken as an alternative, it was burnt. I walked back to my car to see that 4 other people parked to go inside Qdoba to probably be disappointed like myself.

I miss being able to go into this location, I would go into the location a couple of times a week, staff/owner was always friendly(miss the older lady with blonde/White hair). I ordered twice now via their website and had delivered to the new work office. NOT SAME QUALITY the delivery first time was missing my protein altogether, and when I called I spoke to a woman who sounded like in her 20s and she was like… “Ok…..”(nothing to fix) I waited 2 months before trying again, I ordered again today, I got my protein but I splurged for chips and guac, and its not even a full scoop of guac for $5.10 the veggies are NOT COOKED(not a huge deal) the cilantro was still fully together (not cut or pulled apart).. btw I selected both times to include utensils…NOTHING. I LOVE THIS Location when I was able to go IN a few who dont care ruin it!

The burrito was really, really on the small side.Today.I eat here pretty frequently.So I said something like, hey, that burrito’s a little small as opposed to offering a solution.She just said.Is there anything else that I can get you?And then proceeded to do a bad job.The rest of the time, making the burrito.Because she was mad that I said something. High turn over rate here .

The reason why I changed my review is because it seems like there is nonconsistant portions and the manager (lady in glasses) who helped serve while I was in line felt like she didnt want anyone to be there and would give attitude if you asked extra of something. She was rude to other staff while the other staff were doing great and had great customer service. Pretty good quality of food, not as great portion sizes for the money, and needs a change in managment.

SO DISGUSTING!!! I ordered a veggie burrito for pickup from this place and when I took the first bite I noticed the longest strand of hair inside my food. I tried to pull it out to take a picture but I couldn’t because it was wrapped tightly around the contents of the burrito. Not that I would ever want anything from this repulsive place, but when I called several times to complain no one answered. Wish I could give them less than 1 star — disgusting!!

We always eat at qdoba and have always enjoyed it. Today going in I ordered two burritos and two bowls, the girl serving was kind of clueless, she made everything as skimpy as possible, I had to ask her to put some more meat in the burritos cause at first she put like 5 prices of steak, the burritos were small and she didn’t wrap them right, the bowls were like half a bowl, wouldn’t even fill up a person, I was disappointed in the price of everything compared to the food we got. They used to have great people working, not sure what’s happened.

Came in to grab a quick bite with the family—first time at QDOBA (liked the name and love Mexican food). Glad we gave it a shot. Food was good (tasted fresh) and pretty quick. Natalie helped us with our order and was great. The only downside was that there was no option to leave a tip on the card (unless I just missed it?)—it’s 2025, safer to not carry cash around anymore. Will definitely come back next time we’re in Carson City.

My experience was amazing the food was amazing but when there is three people screwing around in the back and you’ve got a line of people out front and the only employee working the front lines name is Haley who is an absolute amazing employee I feel this store needs to re-evaluate the way that things are ran because this situation has happened more than once and every time Haley is solo. I want to show appreciation to Haley for not being overwhelmed or stressed when she is the only person working the front line with such amazing customer service.

Tried to order a bowl with the lettuce in first, which we have done previously here and other locations. The employee said we couldn’t do it. We proceeded until she said they were out of cheese. We said nevermind and left.
