Went for an early lunch and it was a decent experience. Food is very pricey for what you get. Workers were attentive and cleaning the restaurant which was already very clean. We were the only ones in the store. Large seating area. Only thing that could be better would be lower cost. The chips and queso is really good. Best thing there for sure

What happened, Qdoba?!?! This has been one of my favorite spots for years. Loved the options, flavors, and prices over Chipotle any day. Now? Absolutely terrible. High prices and NO FOOD!? I ordered a full sized bowl and received 4 small pieces of meat and 2 tablespoons of rice. 3 slices of green bell pepper, 1 red, 6 slices of onion, and a sprinkle of 13 black beans. $15 for the smallest most insignificant bowl I’ve ever seen. And the chips I was craving so badly? Not included. My delivery driver messaged me the entire time letting me know the staff did not have the order ready, we’re not communicating, and we’re not friendly or helpful. The driver was very concerned it took an extra 30 minutes and in their words “no one seems to care l, not even to the customers eating here.”
So really. Qdoba. WHAT HAPPENED?!?!

The food tastes good. But i had a problem with the service. As soon as i walked towards the beginning of the line, it was just me mind you… the two ladies disappeared for a while. I was standing there waiting for someone to get my order. Then when it was time to order.. i felt rushed and the lady did not seem to understand what i wanted and she didnt seem pleased serving my food either. Mt portions were so small. I am so disappointed. The food tastes good though. But i think chipotle has better service..

Ordered online for convenience of course as I had multiple errands to run, got a burrito and a bowl. Opened the bowl for first time to see amount of food and it seems as if they used the very bottom of the food pans because this portion is actually criminal for $12. I genuinely don’t know if the cause is greedy corporate/management telling staff to give online orders lesser portions as the customer can’t see it being made; or if portion sizes are actually being reduced for other greedy reasons, or even if not enough food was prepared prior to this sale. Either way, QDOBA should fix these constant issues as their quality and taste is actually better than most similar tex-mex chains. If I served this bowl to a customer I myself would feel shameful knowing they’re getting barely half of what they are paying for.

I like the food here, but their service is dismal. My last three delivery orders from them, the orders were wrong. Last order, I ordered a cookie and it didn’t come. The order before that I ordered diet coke and they gave me regular coke (with a sticker plastered on it that clearly said diet). This time they gave me someone else’s bowl along with mine and shorted me chips and queso and a drink. The chips and queso was what I was actually craving. You follow up with the delivery person, they say call the store. You click the button in the app to call them, it goes to some other number where they say it hasn’t been the Qdoba number for 2 years. This is in Qdoba’s own app. Call the number they have in their Google profile, nobody ever answers and it goes to a robo-voice mail which sounds like it’s never been set up. Messages left are never answered.

They must be taking notes from Chipotle because my bowl wasn’t even half full and cold…… keep in mind there’s also an indent in the bottom of the bowl. I ordered my food in store, in line to take home. I paid extra for extra and got the same amount. Qdoba hasn’t changed their prices but you get 1/3 the food than you used to… used to be my favorite place to go but now it’s a waste of money.

Probably will never give a Qdoba my business again after how poor of an experience I had at this location. Staff sucked, cant handle 4 customers over a 15 minute span. Literally either don’t give a shit about the customers orders or are extremely poorly trained. Management, do better for your store and staff. Looking at previous reviews it seems its an ongoing problem.

The portions were horrendous. I swear I only got 6 tiny pieces of chicken and half my add ons were missing. Food was cold and unappetizing. Literally gave me one small spoonful of rice.
There was no one inside and it was not busy at all yet they still messed up the order?
Won’t be here for much longer if this keeps up.

I like QDOBA. They seem to have relatively healthy choices. I always get their veggie bowl with some of the juice that their jalapenos are floating in poured over top. That adds to the flavor a bit. I was given a good size portion and as always it tasted darn good. The place was very clean and the food tasted good. They have a good number of choices for toppings.

So beyond grossed out I and another customer witnessed an employee eating food on the line where they served food for customers. He then took a photo of the person who was eating food on the line and she right away threw the food in the trash and shouted at the customer “You’re wrong for that!” I’m on the customer’s side as a manager in a fast food restaurant its unsanitary for employees to be eating anywhere near the food they serve the customers I don’t understand how the managers haven’t fired these employees who are doing that as a manager you cannot befriend employees especially letting them get away with a disgusting thing like that! Now that I know employees do that I wonder if they even wash their hands or clean the kitchen spotlessly that employee should be fired!
