It’s not the same quality as the restaurant in Memorial Union. I bought my favorite meal here twice, and both times I could only eat a few bites before throwing it away. The first time, I thought maybe it was just a bad day, but when I tried again today, it was the same problem. The taste was unbearable, and it even seemed like something was spoiled. Very disappointing compared to Qdoba in Memorial Union

Ive written a review on my main account before but i just had to write another one. I typically go here during the night crew shift and I’ve never once had a bad experience. I wanted to highlight Miguel and Thomas for their amazing efforts and always consistent portions that leave me more than content. Great atmosphere and great employees. Cole (the manager) did a great job in hiring those two studs.

We came in tonight and we saw that they were a little bit understaffed but Jordann, the general manager, was still so welcoming and keeping us informed about our order all while finishing a bowl, manning the grill AND maintaining an engaging demeanor. On top of all of that, she invited us back for the Valentine’s Day BOGO. What a great experience we had, we would highly recommend this location.

I accidentally placed an order to another Qdoba, which is totally my fault. The employee asked his manager on what he should do and the manager went above and beyond. She called the other store and got my order from them and made my order. I know this is probably the protocol, but she was very nice about it and had great customer service (I forgot to get her name, if I see her next time I’m definitely asking). I will be coming back just for the customer service, and my bowl and burrito was loaded! Also students with a student ID can get a free drink with a purchase of an entree!

I’ve gone in multiple times and even convinced friends to go with me, this location is amazing to go to if you would like QDOBA. In the past all there was for QDOBA was the spot on ASU campus and it seemed like it always lacked. This new location on mill does everything right and more. Great portions, great service, great overall quality.

Big fan of QDOBA and a frequent customer of the MU location on the ASU campus. I come here instead now because it’s rarely busy and the employees are super nice. The quality of the food is decent but they could work on ensuring their lettuce is fresh. Portion sizes are great. It’s basically an identical concept to Chipotle but with more options. Needless to say I’ll be back
