The food in general is great. Rice can use more flavor and the grilled meat can use a bit more char. The portion size is less than at Chipotle based on the 3 times I’ve been there. The mood is not as happy but I go because it’s slightly spicier and tastes a little more like home.

Service is great, friendliness of staff is on point, and it’s one of the only places that take extra precautions to make sure I can eat the food. I have many allergies and the manager, Marjorie, always will grab fresh product to ensure there is no cross contamination so I can enjoy my meal.

Was there in an electric wheelchair. I could not get into the area to order. A worker named Marjorie went above and beyond to make my bowl and then on top of jt all she got me silverware, napkins and brought it to me at my table. Out of this world customer service. Food was wonderful too. Definitely going back!

This Qdoba is in the Palouse Mall. Love eating here, but the restaurant is not always clean. Rarely see anyone out cleaning tables and the restaurant. The food is good and hot. You can have exactly what you want put on your food.

First time, it’s going to be hard to ever go to taco bell again, I should have tried this place sooner, the food was amazing. The girl that helped me was super nice and made what I ordered exactly how I would make it. And the hot sauces are decently hot which is saying alot for me because it’s usually not but it was. Definitely coming back .

I got a burrito bowl that was served with brown gauc and no fajita veggies (and no refund if they were out). looked pretty sad and half of it was inedible because of the gauc. the other people in my group liked the burritos they got
