Thought to order online so I could do quick pickup. Online said it would be done in 10 minutes. Was at location with approximately a half dozen other patrons all waiting for their orders as well. Waited for 1 hour in the store, along with many others. Staff seemed overwhelmed, probably due to being vastly understaffed. Spent so much time waiting, I made several new friends. So that’s the positive. Thanks Qdoba!

I’ve been coming into this Qdoba for quite a few years. The food is always fresh and good, and service is usually pretty good. But yesterday, made me want to write a review. I waited in line, as the line was fairly long being that it was right at peak lunch hour. I patiently waited and when I got to the front to order I greeted the young man who politely asked me what I would like. Proceeded with my order and when I got to the register, one of the guys asked if I wanted a drink or chips, I asked how much a drink was and felt it was a little too much (although I didn’t say it) and declined a drink. He said, “Ma’am, I appreciate your kindness and patience” and proceeded to hand me the cup for free. I thought that was the nicest gesture and made me feel appreciated. It’s those kinds of things that make people come back over and over, even if not a free drink 😉 I appreciate the thoughtfulness by the young men and women your company is hiring. Keep up the great customer service… it goes a long way.

This isn’t the newest flashiest location, but the customer service I experienced here was the best out of any Qdoba anywhere! Zee and Zach were friendly and patient with us and our kid. Made sure to make us feel welcomed from the moment we entered. Made us feel like people and not just customers. And while we were here it was on the slower side and they took their time to wash the windows, sweep the floors really well, and generally just made sure that this location is clean.

The chicken was dried out had been sitting for hours all the other options were not available in the bin. Ordered quesadillas that was so dry couldn’t eat it. They put toppings on with the juice like corn which made everything soggy they didn’t have enough salads for the bowl . The server didn’t care. Will never go back. BTW other employees were not working sitting at a table even a manager

The kitchen area has caked on grime everywhere… the serving area sneeze gaurd is growing somthing nasty and would not have order if I hadn’t already committed. Food was cold and mediocre at best… the sevice wasn’t bad, however, i could overhear the employees talking trash about a call in order and then a door dash driver. The ice tea tasted old and was wasn’t pleasant. This is my sole opinion and you should make your own when you visit. Owners should take a deep look at what’s going on. There seems to be a growing concern for the cleanliness.

Update: 08/22/2025

Walked in today with a positive outlook, and the tables were all dirty, the sneeze gaurd was gross, with caked on grime, and an employee who had (music) on the name tag continued touching food, then thre register, then add bag, receipts and so on… I quietly let him know and that he should change his gloves so he doesn’t cross contaminate the food. His reply was “we wipe it down” pointing to the register. So obviously he doesn’t understand food handling. I left it alone and continued on my way. I wasn’t trying to be a pain, but I recently got food poisoning at a different restaurant and am a little worried about getting it again as well as saving others from this. I then see the employee talking to another, whispering and giggling… can only imagine (not sure) that my message was relayed and discounted as an annoying customer. Oh well…

I have been to this Qudoba a few times. The service is mostly been lacking and today was a new low. My wife and I went to get some lunch. There was no line so we walked right to the front. There were two employees working behind the counter. They both completely ignored my wife and I. It was one of the most bizarre experiences I’ve ever had at any restaurant. We waited for over 5 minutes without being acknowledged before we left. 1000% will not be returning.

I went back to this restaurant to see if anything had changed, and I was shocked that it had gotten worse. This is a filthy restaurant….Front door entrance had greasy fingerprints and food remnants on the emtrance glass and handle in addition to leaves and trash on the ground. The floors had food under nearly all the tables, and none of the counter, glass or handrails looked like they had been wiped off in quite a while. The beverage station had mold… I used to frequent this restaurant regularly because I liked the food, but I will not go back. The lack of cleaning and maintenance that should be done in a restaurant makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the food and the preparation. It is sad to see a restaurant mismanaged in this way….

This quesadilla is burnt to the bowl and looks like a kids size. Not sure how anyone packaging this up and sending it out could think this is edible. This store was great three years ago. I hope it turns around, I’d be happy to come back.

If you want to order when they have a special, do not order online. Waited about an hour in person for online order, along with 8 other people.

Props to the workers for getting the food out but I was just confused as to why online ordering was not prioritized first.
Staff was nice and gave out free drinks to all of us, so that’s a plus.
