It was quite a strange experience. The customer service was good until I told my husband I was about to go to the bathroom & the young lady that rang us up suddenly decided to rush to the bathroom, even though she heard me & will clearly be there for the rest of the night. They seem to be skimping on the portions because I assume they don’t want to cook more before they close in a hour. If I’m paying $6.50 for a cup of queso I would expect it to be filled, which it was not. They barely gave a full sized portion of meat on my husband’s quesadilla which was way too expensive for such a little amount of meat. They aren’t even using the correct portioning sized utensils when serving unless they’ve changed their standard in the past few months. The queso seems to have more peppers than actual queso. I wouldn’t go back to this location, day or night.

My husband stopped at QDOBA today, and I was genuinely excited because I love the soup there. But what we received was honestly unbelievable. We ordered two soups. Price per soup: $4.25 — so over $8 total. To show just how little food we received, I poured both soups into a single container and took a photo with my hand next to it for scale. Even after combining both soups, the container was still barely filled. That means each individual soup was basically a few sips — nowhere near a reasonable portion for the price. On top of that, the bag of chips was only about one-quarter full. At that point, I didn’t even bother looking up the price because it just felt ridiculous. I actually considered driving back to the restaurant — but honestly, the gas would have cost more than the amount of food we were given. QDOBA — do better. Charging $4.25 for what amounts to a couple spoonfuls of soup is unacceptable. Would not recommend.

My experience was less than pleasing. I came in at a out 8pm and the floor had just been mopped and there was water everywhere, not a slight amount, but clear from a mop that was oversaturated. They were out of more than a few of the options including steak. The team was friendly, but not attentive. There was simply a lack of standards at this location. The most displeasing of all was a used glove on the cashier area customer facing. This place has all the making of a great fast food offering it of they work to improve their standards and cleanliness.

This is the portion size I was given. It was about 6 bites worth of food for $10.55. I ate at a normal pace and it was gone in literally 3 minutes. What has this world come to? Not a manager on site and two inexperienced high school girls that didn’t know the spices or seasonings in the meat. What a joke! Meanwhile, I’m still hungry and going to have to eat a second “dinner” — if you can even call this first one a “meal.”

Just picked up our order and was pretty disappointed…ticket clearly says “tortilla shell” I obviously have a cardboard bowl and salad is dry because no “side of picante ranch” I mean it’s a salad and you forgot the dressing ugh!…oh wait it got better ♀️there’s not any cilantro rice either. And I paid an extra .99 for extra tortilla stripes, barely got any! So basically I just paid $11 for some romaine lettuce, 3-4 fajita veggies, a sprinkle of cheese and tortilla strips! Wow thanks I’m definitely full and satisfied tonight ♀️

My husband and I picked up Qdoba for dinner, and it was absolutely disgusting. My chicken queso burrito looked awful, tasted like fish, and there was hardly any queso in it. The chips were stale. We threw the food away in the trash and we wont be going back.
