If I could rate this place more than 5 stars, I would. I’m a truck driver from Denver, and I was delivering to the city market next door. I got here 5 minutes before closing but I called ahead and asked if they would wait for me. They were so sweet and got me my order and threw in a free drink and everything for me. I really appreciate it so much! Such a wonderful new years blessing. You guys are awesome and I hope you all have a blessed holiday!

We ordered catering for a holiday party with 80 people. The driver arrived on time in the delivery window, the food was hot and fresh and the set-up was fast, efficient, and perfectly executed. He was so friendly and helpful.
The food was delicious. We ordered birria, chicken, hot chicken, pulled pork, white rice, black beans, fajita vegetables and all of the toppings. There was plenty of food for everyone and everyone raved about the quality.
We were pleasantly surprised to find out that when we returned the water pans and chafing dish holders that we received vouchers for complimentary entrees.
We had not visited the Carbondale location in person, but did when we dropped the catering items off. It was clean and the team was friendly.
Would highly recommend for fast, efficient, quality catering for large group lunches or dinners.

We are excited to have Qdoba here in our little town. The food is good, and the place is so new it’s very clean.
The online order option is very helpful for placing a pickup order for multiple people. However, the staff seemed to forget about the online orders coming through their service ticket machine and, instead, remained focused on the customers in the store. I appreciate that they are busy and the town is buzzing, but it turned a convenience into an inconvenience pretty quickly.
The staff is new and still adjusting, but I just wanted to let them know for future reference.
All in all, we welcome Qdoba to town – prices are right and the food is tasty.

Not your typically Qdoba. All the tables were clean when we came in for lunch! Tried the Cholula chicken and really enjoyed it. Also, they had a new Chipotle cream that was yummy so it was two new tries and two good things! We would come back.

They served me rotten, brown guacamole. It looked rancid and tasted even worse. I wouldn’t feed that to my worst enemy. The delivery only took 15 minutes, so there’s no excuse. The restaurant knowingly packed up spoiled food and sent it out to a paying customer. That’s disgusting.
I should have gone to one of the many amazing local Mexican spots instead. We don’t need some corporate chain dumping overpriced, low-quality food into our community. This was disgraceful. Qdoba should be ashamed, and so should the management at this location.

I had a great experience here as a first time Qdoba customer. The staff member walked me through the process and all of the options with a smile. The bowls are a really generous amount of food and all of the ingredients/toppings are fresh, crisp and tasty. (Not a single wilted piece of lettuce in sight!) I got the spicy & sweet cholula chicken – yum!
Overall a great fast casual lunch and I will definitely be back to try some of the other protein options.

Legit what every Qdoba wishes it could be ( No disrespect against any other place ) but you guys always, always, treat me with respect, decency, efficiency and humor. This is hands down the WORST location I have ever been to. I am typically not one to leave online reviews but I’ve probably been here 6 times since they’ve opened and been dissatisfied every time. Today I ordered a burrito for pick up and asked for extra steak. There were six pieces of steak. I paid extra money for double meat. My burrito was almost all rice and didn’t even include the beans I requested. Serious let down. Keep telling myself I will give it another try but it gets worse and worse. I will never return to this location.
