Came here bc it was an easy place on the way home I ordered the bowl with double meat I had to tell the server 3 times I wanted double meat, the lobby was very dirty I tried to sit at the different tables and they were all dirty, the I’ve treated like the machine hasn’t been cleaned in quite awhile and overall it looked like the employees weren’t using any attention to the lobby will not be coming back to this location

Below average taste anticipated from any Qdoba. I was told upfront they do not have white rice, so had to manage with brown! The taste needs to be audited by independent Qdoba senior management.
Also, can manager confirm the cost of four tortillas? I was charged $4.50 just for the tortillas! I have the receipt copy if you need evidence.

I’m a little disappointed being a regular and a local. Your staff is always so nice and today was the first time I ordered online and it was horrendous. I opened my bowl up to liquid. My mistake as well for not checking my order before I left. I asked for extra pickled onions and a whole lot of other stuff I didn’t get. I don’t care to pay the price but give me what I ask for.

I sometimes visit this spot and have never had issues before. I optd for the grilled chicken and I could see they didn’t have much left. Unfortunately I didn’t speak up fearing I would be interpreted as rude and now regret it. I think I got a black bean and lettuce burrito (they didn’t even have pinto beans or rice as options) I feel like the manager who made my burrito could have informed me that the chicken was low/almost out. I would have much rather waited to get what I paid for.
On the other hand the line was short and I was in and out quicker than I’d ever been before. Restaurant looked clean. Still a bummer experience.

We came from Texas, and my wife had Qdoba once, and now every time we come here we definitely have to come eat here! This is better than Chipotle, and they even give extras like Guac and Queso on the side for free. They have many vegetarian options, and many options like bowls, burritos, quesadillas, e.c.t. The food was packed with flavor, and they had many delicious sauces and toppings to choose from. The atmosphere was very good, and the staff were friendly as well. The place was very clean and had lots of seating. The serving size was also very good, and filling! Definitely will come back, once we come back to Colorado again! 10/10.

Horrible experience at this Qdoba. The food and portion sizes were just okay, but the employees is really where things went downhill. After repeatedly trying to scan my Qdoba rewards QR code to redeem my coupon, they let me know their system was down and that they couldn’t accept any rewards because it “wouldn’t work”. I asked, well can you input it manually. I came here on my way through town because I have a coupon to be used today. The employee said absolutely not, they can’t input it manually. Unless they have some sort of insane computer system, this is completely just not true. Every restaurant I’ve worked at has a way to input discounts. The employee argued with me for a minute and eventually I just paid for my meal and walked away. I’m highly dissatisfied with my experience, and recommend passing Qdoba by on your next journey through Glenwood Springs. Maybe Glenwood Springs needs a Chipotle, where they have more vegetarian options, the burritos are bigger, the flavors are better, and the employees honor app coupon codes.

On December 17, this location canceled my large $339 DoorDash order minutes before delivery. I had 15 people waiting for lunch at Valley View Hospital, and the cancellation came without warning, explanation, or any attempt to make it right.
This wasn’t a minor inconvenience—it was a complete operational failure that left me scrambling in front of customers. Canceling an order of this size at the last possible moment shows a serious lack of competence and respect for customers’ time and commitments.
If this location cannot reliably fulfill large or time-sensitive orders, they should not accept them in the first place. I would strongly advise against using this restaurant for any professional, group, or scheduled catering needs.

It is easy to choose your meal and customize from their simple menu. Everything taste good and you can see what you are selecting as they put it on only after you choose each additional topping. Vegetarian options!

The staff was so hesitant to put food into the bowl I they put 3 green peppers strips in my bowl and called it a scoop, they very hesitant to put food even when I ask for more, had to ask them multiple times, i took 4 bowls all of them were very disappointed, for 13-17$ there many other better local restaurants in aspen, think before you go here
