The manager guy was pretty rude.
I ordered a quesadila, I have multiple times.
But this time I barely got the word chicken out of my mouth before they threw it into the Little grill.
And when I commented and said I wanted other things on there besides just chicken and cheese.
He looked at me and said well you have to ask for it.
Never had to before.
And then pretty much said that it was my fault because I didn’t ask, and proceeded to have me pay.
So I paid 12 bucks for tortilla cheese and chicken!
I could have made that at home!
And I wasn’t offered a receipt obviously because I wasn’t pleased.
I won’t be going back to this location.

At the general manager do our order he must be really pennypinching cause he put the smallest amount of stuff on here absolutely could with this economy trying to do that. I’ll never come to this location again, and I would recommend others not

I normally love qdoba but this location missed the mark. I !always order a chicken salad with nearly all the fixings. Chicken was burnt, salad was wilted/rotten and the food just didn’t taste good/flavorful like when I go to other locations. Probably won’t be returning to this location after first experience here. Went to the Qdoba at the Clifton location to get a meal for my break! Was denied my food after they had already made it in front of me, the meal was 14$ and I only had 100$ bills. The manger made my food, an denied me my food because I tried to pay with said 100$ bill. I normally like y’all’s food and have been going the to get some food on my lunch breaks since it’s right across the street. Don’t think I’ll be going back after this. I’ve managed stores before and in situations like this I would take the time out of my day to break big bills out of the safe, I guess he didn’t have time today, when I was literally the only person in line other then the door dasher that was already there when I walked in. Do better!

Came to pickup a mobile order I placed for curbside pickup. When I arrived I called the number on the sign in the curbside pickup and was answered by a very unprofessional individual. I let him know I had place a curbside order for pickup and that I had arrived and he immediately said “it just says google foods” with no other instruction. First of all, I ordered off your website and I’m not even sure what google foods is. I don’t really care, my point is I am your customer and if you needed me to come inside to grab my food you could have just said that. Instead you left us totally confused on what to do. You did bring our food out pretty quickly, but you weren’t nice at all. I can’t believe a bald dude treated me like that over some food. Do better buddy

The order was totally wrong. Ordered a bowl with chicken and steak. No steak. Also left out of bowl was corona cheese, pickled onions, and grated cheese. Nachos were ordered with extra chicken. There were literally only 5 small pieces of chicken. Corn salsa and pickled onions were added to nachos. Not part but of order. Pinto beans were hard. Also, I tipped more than $9.00 on $30 order. Overall horrible experience.

This Qdoba requires a receipt before providing the restroom code, but there are no signs indicating this policy. As someone who is heavily pregnant and needed to use the restroom before ordering, I waited several minutes before learning from another guest that a code was required. It would have been appreciated if staff had shown some compassion and made an exception in this circumstance, as there was an unusually long line waiting to order. Clear signage on the restroom doors would help customers understand the policy and prevent unnecessary inconvenience.

Ben Dare is a great example of a good manager. I get constant high standards from Clifton location which is the best location in entire county. I only wish they would invest in a low sodium menu for me to consistently eat here.
