Always a good choice. We always get the same thing. I get a chicken bowl and husband gets a shell bowl. We always go to this location because there nice and friendly. But this last time we went the cashier was rude and not too nice. Younger male cashier. He needs to fix his attitude . Other than that everything was ok. Other employees were nice like always.

I didnt get to try the food, the warmer trays were gone at 8:30 pm. The employee working the register slammed a slightly full tin of whatever onto the top of the food line and said “this is what we got”. I understand labor and overtime but maybe you could say business open until 9, only serving food until 8:30. That would at least stop people from expecting to get a meal only to realize that they may be wasting their time in your restaurant.Thank you.

Food was awful, I only drove 4 minutes up the road and my food was already cold. Absolutely no taste to anything like other stores offer. I’d guess those store are following their recipe cards correctly.

This visit was for a quick lunch while Christmas shopping. There wasn’t a wait but there was plenty of people eating inside. I love the fact that I got to choose my own protein, cheese, and toppings for a bowl. I chose to eat my bowl without rice, but my daughter had rice. As you can see the bowls aren’t significantly different in size when all the extras are added. It was delicious. Try it out if you’ve never eaten here. Such good food!!

The worst experience ever! Very bad customer service. The staff was so rude acted as if they hated their job. Their hair was so fly away no hair net or hat. I paid $30 for a burrito and burrito bowl for un fresh cold food! Now take a look at the pictures at how filthy the place is. Really people that’s where our food is being prepared just sick! Literally looked like mucus was hanging off the tea spout. I’m so disgusted! I will never come here again! I do not recommend!!!!

Food is good but the two times I’ve eaten here, my orders always missing something. The last take out which first time ordered online I asked for the queso, pico and cilantro but it wasn’t in the quesadilla. 🙁 It would’ve tasted better, wasn’t even rush hour when I came by. Attention to details next time please.

I only gave this location 3 stars because the food and service has always been good until my experience on July 2nd. The office I work at decided lunch would be a good morale boost after a busy morning and I was sent with a list of orders to place in the restaurant and bring back. The restaurant was busy, but moving with good pace and I was not in a rush to get my order. When I stepped up to the counter, I greeted the bright red haired team member politely and prefaced my order with the fact that there will be 5 entrees to my order. I was questioned why I didn’t order on the app to which I replied they had just made the decision and sent me, not mentioning the fact that I was lent the company card and it was easier to order in person to use it. I also felt that the comment was unnecessary being that had I brought my 5 person family she likely would not have said it and now that I was in line and a face-to-face customer her pointed question served no purpose but to berate a customer. I could hesitantly ignore that treatment during a mildly busy lunch, except that she followed it up by pointedly telling me I’ll have to wait because “this online order also has 5 entrees and it will be quicker than you ordering”, not that I would mind waiting as I still was in no rush. As she was coming back from starting each of the online order entrees she had to add “it really is easier to order on the app” as I was patiently waiting. I placed my order which she mostly made right except at the last bowl, it seemed like she was done dealing with me as she immediately poured in the wrong beans. The food was enjoyed by the office all around, though that employee definitely gave me a sour story to tell to my coworkers. No matter how busy or how hard of a day you’re having, I hope you at least can restrain yourself enough to not take it out on undeserving customers.

We stopped in for the first time, and the service was absolutely outstanding! The young woman who helped us was fantastic, super friendly, helpful, and even offered me a sample. I truly can’t say enough good things about her! As for the food, it was just okay. The rice lacked flavor, and the brown rice looked more like Spanish rice. I was excited to try the mango salsa, but unfortunately, it wasn’t my favorite. On the bright side, the restaurant was very clean, and the sweet tea was excellent. While the food could use some improvement, the service alone made the visit worthwhile. The staff especially the woman who helped us really made a great impression

Had this as part of a work lunch where our boss picked up food (vs delivery) from Qdoba. I hadn’t eaten there in years and it was really great! I ordered the Cholula Hot & Sweet Chicken Bowl and it was really good!
