I thought the reviews were pulling my leg, this is one of the only establishments in my life that runs out of food 3 hours before they close. It is incredible how they have posted hours of closing at 9pm, but have less than half their menu available at 6pm. This is something that could only happen on a military installation. I am utterly shocked how this continually goes on and literally no one bats an eye to this.

Their sign closes at 2100 and yet at 1900 they are almost out of their entire menu then what do they do for the other 2 hours they are open it’s most ridiculous part is this isn’t the first time this has happened when ive been there i can only assume it’s a daily thing. Seems like anytime I order delivery from here, they think they can just skimp me to the max. Paid $16 for 4 little chunks of chicken and 4 little chunks of steak. I never have this problem when I’m able to go in person so what’s the deal?

Service was ok, however, I won’t be returning to this location due to cleanliness and hygiene. A few things put a damper on our visit. 1) the counter looked very dirty, and the food did not appear to be fresh 2) cleaning supplies were visibility out in food prep areas 3) the team member helping us did not change gloves between orders after touching the kiosk, pushing buttons, opening and closing drawers, cabinets, etc. I watched her wear the same gloves with a handful of customers. That’s unacceptable and very concerning. Having worked in the food industry for many years, there were many red flags that popped up in my short time there. Management- pls teach or rather reteach basic cleanliness and food safety to your team members.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. When I walked up to the counter, the employee did not greet me at all. He was extremely rude and unpleasant. I don’t think he said one word to me my entire time there. There was trash all over the store and they are also slow. Definitely not going back to this location. Their customer service is bottom tier.
