Happy Veterans Day. No discount here but the food was good and fresh. I stopped in for the food on veterans day. Even though there wasn’t any special treatment…which I think is over rated anyways, the meal and place to sit and relax is worth the visit. I’m impressed with the quality of the rice sides that were offered today. Warm, tasty and made within the hour. The brownies are always good. $23 for a bowl to go with 2 brownies. This location is clean with a well kept restrooms, The soda fountain area is clean and well. The entrance is welcoming and the dining room is real large. Thanks for your hard work to make my awesome meal.

I wish I could had given this place 5 stars to get the discount offered for doing so, but I couldn’t after taking my first bite. The rice felt barely cooked in my burrito. Opened it up thinking I just got a bad bite, but all my rice was hard and crunchy. The staff was polite and the restraunt is clean I just got a bad burrito. My co worker recommended this place and I am hoping to give it another chance. Just please cook the rice all the way. It sucks spending all that money on lunch for it to be painful to eat.

Ordered steak burrito and quesadilla on January 12th at 515pm. Whoever working there absolutely hates their job and should find something else. I had maybe 6 pieces of steak on the burrito. 3 drops? Of sauce?? And it was 50% tortilla chips? Was this supposed to be a funny joke????

The Woman at the register was awesome, I don’t know her name, but she had blonde hair. She was working very hard, and was very nice .
Such a small gesture, but it was appreciated.
I didn’t interact with the other staff, but they were amazing as well because all of the food was on time and ready to go. It was a massive order.

The last two times I’ve visited this Qdoba, I’ve tried to use my gift card, and each time I’ve been told it had a zero balance and was declined. I know for a fact that the card has a $25 balance—I even called the number on the back right after my first visit, and it confirmed the funds were there.
The first time, when the cashier said it declined, she was very loud, rude, and even threw the card in the trash. When I asked for it back, she argued with me before reluctantly returning it. That was embarrassing and unprofessional.
I decided to give the store another chance, thinking maybe it was just a mistake. But on my next visit, I again tried to use the gift card. Not only was I charged incorrectly for the deal I ordered, but when I handed over the card, multiple employees told me it was empty. I even called the balance right there on speakerphone at the register so they could hear the $25 balance themselves. Still, the manager told me there was nothing they could do, and that the gift card wouldn’t work in their system.
I’m extremely disappointed. It doesn’t make sense that a Qdoba gift card with a valid balance can’t be used at a Qdoba location. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or escalate it properly, I was brushed off and left with a useless card. If I had a customer experiencing the same issue at my own workplace, I would’ve contacted corporate right away to find a solution.
This was frustrating, embarrassing, and disappointing. I hope management or corporate takes this seriously and finds a way to correct the problem.

Abby was great!! All of the other locations in town start closing 3 hours early and will never serve us after 6 or 7. She had a smiling face and made our bowls exactly how we like them! After the other bad experiences we have had at other locations we really appreciate how nice and polite she was.
