we ordered chicken burrito bowls with extra beef steak(with extra charge) but there’s no steak in it. we simply ask them to be more careful next time, but they just said they put steak in it. bro, we know what beef steak looks and tastes like.

Dinner for family of four, 2 orders of nachos and bowls were less than half full. The line emptied the corn salsa and instead of grabbing another one they left it even after it was requested for more. Brought up the small portions with the staff at checkout and they did not agree and stated that they had the correct portions. Disappointed in the portions and staff response. Bowl was not enough to feed my child under 10. Lost my business.

We have ordered from this location the last 2 times and we have been really disappointed in the food. It is never consistent. Our food last night the rice was undercooked and hard, the chips and guacamole were very over salted. We couldn’t eat very much of our food. We would recommend a different location.

I hope the “higher ups” see this review because you have some OUTSTANDING employees at this location. I was standing in line to order when I had a terrible wave of morning sickness come over me. Davey was kind enough to offer me some water and let me write down my order so I could stay seated. Then Davey and his manager took care of my meal. I tried to pay but he insisted. Genuine kindness is hard to come by these days but I am forever grateful for your employee. Thank you!

I had such a pleasant experience at Qdoba today! Jordan was so nice, friendly, and genuinely happy to help. He took my order carefully, asked how I wanted my items, and made sure everything was just right. I really appreciated his kindness, thoroughness, and attentiveness — it was refreshing and easily one of the best service experiences I’ve had here in a while. Paying $4 for a baby side cup of mango salsa is diabolical. I asked 2 times if that was the right size and the rude kid behind the counter said no the salsa is free your paying for chips. Smh my receipt shows I paid for salsa. This location is the absolute worst take yourself to 11th Ave they have better customer service and actually know what a cup or chips and salsa is. I’ve always been treated rude and cheated on food here. Never coming back to this location again.
