Not a good experience
When I walked in, the place didn’t feel clean, many tables were dirty and the overall environment wasn’t well taken care of. On top of that, the staff didn’t greet me warmly and showed no friendliness, which made it even less inviting. The food was fine, just the usual QDOBA taste, but the service and cleanliness really need improvement

What a glorious Saturday morning it was on October 4th , 25. I came in and was in line and awhile waiting shortly I came to the glass and was treated so kindly by a women in the back frying chips. I’m not sure if this was Jen or Andrea but I got the biggest smile and welcome. I then responded with energy and love also and it made the beginning of this experience wonderful. It made me feel warm and comforted being here. The gentlemen Alex served the people in front with ease and then greeted me with nothing but love too. Very knowledgeable in having answers to the questions I asked and the man had outstanding customer service, which is extremely rare to see this day in age. I came to the end and was greeted by a sweet girl either Andrea or Jen, all three I interacted with were top notch, people you want working for you. I felt like family from the time I started until I left, I mean the place was kicking, clean food warmer to servings. Keep up the good work guys!

When you go somewhere to eat you should not have to tell the staff that there poop all over the toilet. Poop over the floor they should be checking especially when they are not busy. Then when you are ordering you should not see the girl cooking the meat using the temperature gage pressed against her arm then sticking it back into the meat. Absolutely disgusting.

I have to say, I was so excited to try QDOBA for the first time after being a huge fan of chipotle… and what a disappointment.. It wasn’t even the food itself that was disappointing, it was the service. First off nobody there had a good attitude, when I was telling the lady what I wanted she proceeded to put ‘Just enough’ rice inside the bowl where it barely coated the bottom and then when I asked for double black beans she questioned me on it and gave me a look. Towards the end I told the young man I had signed up for rewards and i had a QR to scan for free chips and queso, he told me to scan the code and then gave me the receipt with no chips and queso, I asked him about it and he said he didn’t know I wanted chips and queso even though I showed him my code… not sure what he scanned then?? He then proceeded to argue with me and say I should’ve told him because now he has to redo everything and proceeded to hit the screen aggressively, then yelled at his coworkers to just give me the chips and queso because his screen was frozen while he huffed and puffed because he was upset. Keep in mind I brought 4 other people with me who were trying this for the first time but had experience ordering with chipotle so we all knew exactly how it worked. Terrible service, and the amount of food we got for the price was laughable. I was so excited for this to be good too.

From the moment I walked in, the staff were not friendly at all. There wasn’t anyone in line. The guy at the beginning of the line was very pushy and rude. I asked for half chicken and half steak on my burrito. And the guy says we don’t do that, but we can charge you extra for two meats. I was just in a few weeks ago, and at other Qdoba locations and it has never been a problem. I ordered other entrees for my family and one was the three cheese nachos, chips on the side. When I got to the end to pay, I asked for the chips and the girl said I rang it up as a burrito. She was rude and said I don’t get paid enough to care to fix it. Rude! I get home and there are several decent sized plastic pieces in my burrito. The chicken was brown/black color, I threw the burrito away. Not a good experience!!

I ordered tacos. They didn’t warm the flour tortillas so they were cold, like just out of frig. Then adding the chicken and other ingredients by the time we paid and sat down the whole thing was cold and without being warmed the tortillas were hard. Another person in my party ordered a bowl and experienced his food being cold as well. I won’t go back.

I went in tonight 15 till store closed and the girl working informed me there was not much meat. I was fine with the selections that they had so I proceeded to order. She then says they have no utensils they already took them to the back but proceeds to stick her hands in the rice and serve me with her hands. I have never been into any place that is tried to serve me with their hands it’s just absurd!! Health department needs to know about this

I had a order to pickup today. When I arrived there were no customers in line. I was the only one needing help. I saw the employee putting a pickup order on the shelf. I wasn’t sure if we were allowed to grab the order ourselves or we had to wait for them to give it to us. I said to the employee is that my order. I was about to tell her the name when another employee butted in. She said something like she would help in a moment. Then I tried to talk to the other employee she cut me off twice when I tried to talk. I wasn’t even talking to her. I asked why she was being so rude I was trying to talk. Then she started saying stupid, rude and condescending stuff to me in a rude voice. Then to top it off she made this weird face like she was making fun of the way my face looks. My face always looks like that. I can’t help the way I look. She really hurt my feelings. I don’t understand how a grown woman could act like this. It was like she was 12 yo. I eat at this Qdoba a couple times a month. I have never had any problems before.
