I’m a Coloradan so we are well versed in fast Mexican with Chipotle and QDoba being founded here. Sadly, this was a poor experience. The floors had a lot of debris, my meal was about 20 mins late (carryout) and the employees seemed very unhappy/irritated. On top of that the two burritos I had were the worst I’ve ever had at a QDoba. I typically go to another location in FoCo which is much better so I assume this is just a locational issue.

My family eats here regularly and recently we’ve noticed the restaurant is very dirty, especially the kitchen behind the counter. Everything could use a good wipe down (coke machine please). Thankfully we haven’t gotten sick from eating here, and we’d like to remain regular customers, the staff is always super friendly, but the lack of cleanliness really concerns me.

Ordered 2 bowls and 2 burritos. One of the burritos was missing several ingredients, including the meat. Had to drive from Severance all the way back to get it remade and all they offered was a remake. Every time I’ve ordered from here they’ve screwed up the order or items are missing. Hadn’t been in a while and decided to get it for dinner because I noticed they started selling street corn. The street corn wasn’t bad but the rest of the food was nothing special. Tonight I was reminded why I stopped coming here.

The worst order of food I’ve ever had! I arrived a few minutes past my order time and my order still wasn’t ready and yet they had 5 people standing around doing nothing. Didn’t even include half of the items I requested on my dishes, with one dish literally looking like a dog’s dinner. The tacos completely fell apart, the nachos didn’t even have any queso in them and the chips were stale. If you can’t produce better food than this slop, just close your doors. You’re so ready with the staffing excuse but can’t deliver on the orders you have. My family will never be back to this location or this chain ever again. There are way too many places to go.

Went in specifically for salad with taco shell bowl. Waited 5 minutes with no one in front of me and 3 employees visible before anyone greeted me because they were fulfilling online orders. Soda Fountain machine was Out of Order. Did not realize until I got to my next location that the salad had no taco shell bowl.Took plastic fork out of wrapper and it was broken. Eleven bucks plus a $1 tip for this?

I absolutely LOVE this location. I work nearby on Tuesdays and was a regular before switching jobs and treat myself out a couple times a month and I can say with out fail it has been an awesome experience food wise and service! Take tonight for example, I watched the manager/ supervisor I’m not sure he just had a black shirt on 🙂 take his moment to stop prepping to help his team with orders and check out. I waited patiently as he made sure not to make his new team member feel pressured or discouraged wail balancing the quick rush. He was SUPER kind and when it was my turn in line helped me, said thank you for waiting and kept his smile all wail making sure all the other customers behind me were being helped efficiently. It was a very welcomed change in attitude from workers there in a long time. I will be back as long as this crew keeps going as they are! Thank you!

Seriously concerned with how salty my burrito was. It tastes like the lid fell off the salt shaker but instead of remaking it they just mixed it and hoped for the best. My mouth is burning from the amount of salt I couldn’t finish my meal.

I really like Qdoba, so this review is not typical. But they need to be aware of this. My kids and I ate there at 3:00. I had no rice and no beans in my order, but I had extra meat, both steak and chicken. All of the meat was cold and dry. It was really terrible. It had been sitting out way too long and uncovered. I noticed it was all very dry looking when he scouped it up. He should have as well. And it was completely cold. So disappointing when my experience at Qdoba is typically not like this.
