The resturant is Always clean. The staff is Extremely Nice. Bri was absolutely professional but super nice. The food is always fresh when I go here. Not only is the atmosphere kind and happy, they are FAST… The efficiency is REAL and I can always count on getting in and out fast even on their busy days. The biggest bonus is they aren’t like that other place who barely gives you food, I won’t name it but you know who I’m talking about lol…. My bowl was packed nice and high! Very convenient right off of I-25 and south longmont exit. Love going here on my way home after a long day of work and weekends when we just want yummy food but better than a burger. Definitely recommend especially for travelers and locals.

I had an uber eats order of a bacon burrito and a steak bowl . I didn’t receive the bowl and I did not receive steak in my burrito that was supposed to be a bowl. Im disappointed! First time ordering here and they messed my order up and didn’t follow directions! They did not add steak, maybe they thought i would not notice ! I will never order from this restaurant ever again! I payed 40.00+ dollars that I thought would have sufficed for atleast a correct order!!!!

Everytime I go craving a delicious bowl of their steak with rice & goods , this location always delivers.
My recent visit I was welcomed with a warm welcome, friendly smile & quick service by a staff member, his name was Luis.
He made our visit very pleasant & was very attentive of getting me what I was asking for !
We joked around talking about new years rushes in the industry as he prepared my food & was very kind throughout the process.
If youre looking for warm, filling & fresh build your own bowls with delicious protien options around the area! This is my go to location!
I enjoy this location for its friendly staff, quick service & overall great team effort.

Always a great experience at the qdoba in Firestone! The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I ask. The staff is friendly, efficient, and keeps the line moving even when busy. The restaurant is clean, well-run, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. This is my go to spot when I want a quick, delicious meal. Highly recommend!

The service was great during a busy dinner hour. But, I really didn’t love the way my dinner tasted. My meat felt mushy and salty. The rice I had was somewhat crunchy. While building my bowl I noticed that the whole area behind the counter was really messy. Different foods had been slopped everywhere and you might’ve gotten pinto beans in your black beans, brown rice in your white rice, pico de gallo in your lettuce, etc.

If I could give the service a zero star I most certainly would. I do business here ALL THE TIME. This review is a hard one for me because they have nice people that work here…except one. I was there last week and one of the servers was scraping the bottom of rice container and tried to serve me dry rice that had been sitting for who knows how long. Then she tried to spread it out for 2 bowls and make it look like that was sufficient enough. I politely asked her for fresh rice. She then turned her back to me and started talking about me to another employee. The cost of the rice is not coming out of her pocket so I don’t understand why this was an issue for her. For $15 a bowl I expect fresh ingredients not scraping the bottom of the barrel. I did complain to the manager and she said she would handle it. Very unprofessional behavior and the nerve to think it’s ok to serve scraps to a customer is unacceptable. We have been doing more business at Chipotle and everything is so fresh. When their rice container gets to about 1/4 of the way empty they switch it out with fresh rice. The rice is never hard and the meat is always fresh as well. Very friendly staff.
