I was here around 2pm and it was slow. Customer service was fantastic. The wonderful lady working was super friendly and spoke Spanish as well as English. I let her know that I am excited to start Spanish lessons soon. She even asked if I wanted to practice. I told her not yet. She did all of this while making my order. I’ll be back to practice with her. Super clean and efficient.

Service was a tad slow considering I had a mobile order that should have just been grab-n-go. However, I ordered the surf n turf bowl! The shrimp was pretty overcooked, but overall still SO delicious. I’ve only ever been to Qdoba one other time, but this will definitely make me a repeat customer.

Completely unsanitary to talk over food. It’s poor customer service to not listen when the customer speaks. It’s poor customer service to assume how a client is feeling and to ignore their requests. It’s poor customer service to have a customer bowl of food in the face of the server. Bowls should always remain on the counter. It’s disgusting. I paid for my meal but throwing it away and will no longer be seeking this location. The cashier was super disrespectful, failed to exercise a decent level of customer service.

I should have read the reviews before visiting this location. I was never terribly impressed with Qdoba anyway. Dried up tortillas, brown guac, and meat that had been sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long. Also, no refund when requested.

This Qdoba just opened, there is no reason it should look this nasty on the inside. The floors DIRTY! This was yesterday around 3:30. The restroom as seen in the pictures DISGUSTING! I’m not sure when’s the last time water actually hit the bathroom floors because the floor is basically black! Food was not that great either! Chicken was cold. If I would’ve assessed the scene before I ordered I would’ve never ate there. I’m so disappointed! I was excited for this location because it is in the same parking lot as my nail shop. 0/10 would not recommend! GHETTO

Don’t waste your time or money. Asked for a side of rice and beans and got a tiny ramekin maybe worth two spoonfuls. Asked for lettuce on all, but was only put on 2 out of the 6 tacos and was literally one piece. Just go to chipotle or even del taco across the street. Which says a lot. I added the hot sauce to the first taco in the photo, bc obvi, no flavor.

Food was ok meat was pink, got beans half and half and I swear I could count 10 beans. Not a problem just politely asked for more. On the other hand going through drive though you would not be able to do so. Walked in and right away dirty! Staff was ok not rude not polite. We sit down to have our meal sticky tables and chairs. Unfortunately I will not be back to this location.

This qdoba is usually decent. Like every qdoba, you want to check how fresh the meats look before you make a decision–because they look old as hell sometimes. And the queso diablo never looks fresh enough to eat. But otherwise they usually do a pretty good job at getting your order right and being courteous.

Customer service was lacking. The guy that helped me mumbled the whole time and never smiled. He didn’t hand me my food or my change, just left it on the counter next to the register for me to grab. I ordered a salad and the Lettuce was half brown. They definitely need a cleaner front line. The bathroom was not clean either

Ironic this is on the wall for all to see when non of it happens at this location. This is the 2nd time I have visited this location since they moved and this will probably be the last time I go. Walked into a empty counter. A employee walks in the side door, walks past the counter with out saying anything to me and goes to the back. I stood at the counter for 5 more minutes until another customer walks in before they finally notice me. At 4 pm they did not have a majority of the food ready. My burrito was small and you could tell the food they did have was left out for awhile. The rice was well over cooked. They where also in such a rush to help the only other customer I was never offered a bag for my food or if it was to dine in or not. Was simply asked if i wanted the receipt and I said no, without another word she went off to the other lady in line. Chipolte on Vasquez is far better.
