The food was OK. It was hot and typical Qdoba food. My real issue was with the fact that they did not have any high chairs. I have been to Mom and Pop places that normally have high chairs. I agree that sometimes they do not but a big business like Qdoba should 100% have high chairs. That was the most annoying meal I’ve ever had. Do better. Service was OK. I think the girl at the front was new but she was polite. The tables were kind of dirty, and I had to wipe them down myself. Nobody asked to help me. I will say, however, that a couple of the employees were on lunch.

I was here around 2pm and it was slow. Customer service was fantastic. The wonderful lady working was super friendly and spoke Spanish as well as English. I let her know that I am excited to start Spanish lessons soon. She even asked if I wanted to practice. I told her not yet. She did all of this while making my order. I’ll be back to practice with her. Super clean and efficient.

There is absolutely no point in ordering ahead at this location. Every single time I do they are surprised they even have a pick up order waiting and havent even started it until after I arrive. I guess its time to just go to the Chipotle near by. This place is disappointing. I have given this place a 1 star review before and I decided to keep trying to come here, but its really just not worth it.

Service was a tad slow considering I had a mobile order that should have just been grab-n-go. However, I ordered the surf n turf bowl! The shrimp was pretty overcooked, but overall still SO delicious. I’ve only ever been to Qdoba one other time, but this will definitely make me a repeat customer.

Got a kids nachos , they wanted to charge me for an extra scoop of queso!? Ain’t it free!? Not only that none of them have name tags to where if I wanted to call the store manager, I cant explain who it was. Im not coming back to this location, I also have worked at qdoba and not once they told me to charge extra for queso !!!

Don’t waste your time or money. Asked for a side of rice and beans and got a tiny ramekin maybe worth two spoonfuls. Asked for lettuce on all, but was only put on 2 out of the 6 tacos and was literally one piece. Just go to chipotle or even del taco across the street. Which says a lot. I added the hot sauce to the first taco in the photo, bc obvi, no flavor.

This Qdoba just opened, there is no reason it should look this nasty on the inside. The floors DIRTY! This was yesterday around 3:30. The restroom as seen in the pictures DISGUSTING! I’m not sure when’s the last time water actually hit the bathroom floors because the floor is basically black! Food was not that great either! Chicken was cold. If I would’ve assessed the scene before I ordered I would’ve never ate there. I’m so disappointed! I was excited for this location because it is in the same parking lot as my nail shop. 0/10 would not recommend! GHETTO

Came here for my wife’s birthday outing she loves Qdoba. It was a hot day about 98 outside feels like 110 out. Not only did we end up spending 41 dollars for 2 cokes and 2 burritos (rediclous might I add only steak burritos) we asked for an ice water to give to our service animal and was charged 4 dollars for it. Obsurd . With no where to sit inside we were forced to take our meal outside. All surrounding restaurants have outdoor sitting areas except here so I was inclined to ask Jimmy John’s if we could use their table and chairs to eat. Without a single issue we were told we could. As we’re eating they actually brought out a complimentary ice water for our service animal. I made sure I tipped them well for their generosity. It upsetting the lengths these companies go to save a dollar today. When you pay 4 dollars for a small cup of water it’s sad. I hope the owners take this review and maybe use it for bettering their customer service it’s not always about the time the customer is in front of you it’s about how you get them to continue to come back. In this case Jimmy John’s will be getting my business.

I should have read the reviews before visiting this location. I was never terribly impressed with Qdoba anyway. Dried up tortillas, brown guac, and meat that had been sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long. Also, no refund when requested.
Staff was polite, but they are probably understaffed. I had to throw all this food out and go to Torchy’s.
