Again put in an online order 6 people and nothing we ordered we got the skimpiest bowls nothing we asked for in the burritos.
I seen people going through the line and they were doing a great job. Our online order HORRIBLE FOR THE SECOND TIME.
NEVER order online from this location. I had no salsa, no chicken, no guac, no pico, no cheese, nothing but rice, beans and very few lettuce leaves. Got my husband a bowl and he ordered extra chicken and not even close and again nothing he ordered was in it. He worked a 15hr day and this was disappointing. All we want is what we pay for.

As a frequent qdoba customer this location blows me away with how bad the food and customer service is. I was so excited when this location opened but sadly every order has had a issue. Chipotle down the street has been awesome, sad I can only enjoy qdoba when I’m at work.

I walked in at 9:15pm with an order for 32 different burritos, because their website wouldn’t let me make the order without a 24hr notice. The 3 young lady’s had my order perfectly made and me on my way out within 15m. My only issue was because I paid with my company card I couldn’t leave them more than a 15% tip. I HOPE QDOBA gave it all to them without taking a their cut of it. These lady’s hustle!!

I want to give a special thank you to the manager Nancy. She went above and beyond for me and my wife. We had a mix up in which store our order went to and she handled it with ease and professionalism, letting us know that our order would be held for us until we got there. She was so helpful and nice about everything. Her store is ran very smoothly and its always nice and clean. The food always nice and hot and fresh and her and her teams attitudes and personalities make this qdobas one we will continue to go to in the future as long as we can. Thank yall so much.

I consider myself a pretty reasonable person. So when I went into this Qdoba and explained to them that the online option offers a “double protein” bowl for $12.95, I asked if I could just order the same thing in person through the line, and the lady said yes. Well, at the very end, after NUMEROUS repetitive clarifications, just to be sure, that it was going to indeed be $12.95, she rang me up as a full priced double protein “create your own” bowl at the cost of $20.24! So I just got shafted seven bucks despite my ABSOLUTE BEST ATTEMPTS to communicate with these people. What a complete and utter joke. 100% UNACCEPTABLE. Seriously, I explained at least FIVE times to her, what I would like to have done, which she confirmed each and every time. Yet at the very end, I guess even that wasn’t enough. SCREW YOU QDOBA!
But wait! There’s more! I just got home to find out that none of my sides were included! No sour cream. No salsa. No pico de gallo. No guacamole. No queso. I got a completely naked bowl for 20 freaking dollars! l WANT MY MONEY BACK QDOBA!!!

We have been ordering from this location for the last two or three years. The last couple Visits the chicken every other bite is fatty. I brought it to their attention and they assured me they weren’t doing it on purpose. That’s not the point I don’t like chewy chicken fat in my food if they don’t correct this problem I will give up Qdoba as my go to weekly stop
Returned 12/6/25, ordered a chicken bowl as always. Again, received a mouthful of chewy chicken fat. I put it aside on the lid of the bowl. Try to eat the rest of the bowl and more mouthful of chicken fat. I took my bowl And lid with the fat up to the servers. They explained to me that’s how the chicken Is delivered. I said, I understand that, but you have to grill it and then chop it up . When you chop it up you discard the gross fatty pieces And not included with the lean chicken that I come here for. They asked me do I want inspect their meat and I said how am I gonna do that So they remade another chicken bowl for me. Same thing as the first bowl fatty chicken in my mouth , Ruined my day . I am done with this place. I will imitate Qdoba at home, which is simple enough, Rice , Beans, grilled chicken, fat being Removed and some sauces. I will not go to another adobe because I had bad meal also. As I first stated in my first review, My wife and I have been going to this location for two – three years and not having issues. It must be a training, problem where the cook grills the chicken and Chops it up And instead Of discarding the fatty gross pieces The cook puts it with all the other lean check to serve to your customers. Who likes chewy gross chicken fat in their meal. NOBODY !!

Things happen and how they’re dealt with says a lot about a place. Our catering order had a problem but they didn’t hesitate to make it right immediately. It was remade on the spot and a couple of extras added to make up for the time lost. Meal was great and everyone enjoyed it. Thank you for making a potentially negative experience better than originally expected.

We usually love this Qdoba, but today’s delivery experience was bad. We ordered chips and queso, and got no chips. I ordered a burrito and it was missing about half of the fix-ins, including salsa. A $50 let down.
