Unfortunately disappointed in our pickup order from 2/13/25. Tasted like we got a rice burrito with a total of six pieces of steak in the entire burrito. The queso was gelatinous and the chips so salty and saturated with oil we just threw them away:/ at the very least will be longer be doing pickup orders there.

So we tried to make a big online order and unfortunately for some reason it was say you need to contact the store. Contacted then and they told me I had to come into the store to make the order. So I went there with a printed copy of the order. Handed it to them so they knew exactly what to do. I will say they got the order put together very quickly. Thank you for that. However the order was so messed up. Almost every meal was wrong and missing stuff or having the wrong meat and much more. So we called them to see what they could do to help us. They said everything was correct as we followed the sheet. They didn’t. But then they proceeded to bad talk us and then before they hung up on us they start cussing at me. Extremely unprofessional. Would highly advise going to the one on Colorado blvd. those guys have there stuff together and then customer service is night and day difference compared to this location. Will never order from here again.

HORRIBLE!!! Manager is so rude! Online order for curbside pickup. Chicken Fajita Burrito (My Hubby) 3 Tacos (Myself). Got home food was truly ICE cold. Hubby asked if they stored it in the freezer. His burrito had no sour cream and no habanero salsa. My tacos only had, meat, lettuce, pico, & pickled onions. NO cheese, NO guac, NO fajita veggies, NO salsa. When I called to speak to the manager about the issue, she proceeded to tell me that was wrong because she had made the order herself. I continued to tell her what was missing from the tacos and your her I could send her a pic. She put me on hold and when she came back and offered to remake my order. Why would I want the her to remake the order that she claims she already made correctly? She finally offered me a refund. Never another APOLOGIZED. Was just TOTALLY rude. Sadly probably won’t be returning….

Went there yesterday for breakfast and the service was great. Got their egg, bacon, potatoes and cheese bowl and it was prepared very fast and tasted amazing. Staff greeted me and my girlfriend instantly, which was also very nice! Definitely recommend this store!!
