I’m giving this Qdoba a 1-star review due to one specific employee. On multiple occasions, she has been extremely rude and mean-spirited to both customers and staff. She has an unfriendly demeanor and is not suited for customer service. Every interaction I have had with her has been negative. For example, when ordering food, she puts on significantly smaller portions than the traditional Qdoba experience. When I asked for a little more, she refused and said that she already put on enough. The only comforting thing is that in reading the reviews, I am not the only person to experience this rude staff member. Qdoba, it is time you do a staff review of this store.

I visited this place today. Seems like the employees lack sanitation and cross contamination training. The cashier just finished accepting payment from another customer then touched the shredded cheese without changing gloves. I informed him that he needs to change his gloves because it just touched cash register.

I wanted to eat something fairly healthy, so I decided to try this Qdoba location. I haven’t eaten at a Qdoba quite a while so I decided to explore the menu. I ordered a bowl with brisket, it was pretty flavorful but a little salty. I also I did the Cauliflower mash to my bowl. My bowl was good but it was a bit overpriced in my opinion. The customer service was very good, especially the cashier, she was extremely friendly and helpful.

Haven’t been to qdoba in a while but this reaffirms that the extra drive it chipotle is worth while. First of all, when did a burrito become $14 dollars ? That aside the older lady running the register had a scowl on her face and was rude and short with us as we checked out, definitely doesn’t like her job. Store overall was nice and clean although every single paper toilette in bathroom was empty.

Lady working really just had no sense of customer service. With every single item I chose to add to my burrito, I had to ask for a little bit more, or it was going to end up like the size of a McDonalds breakfast burrito (a little pocket burrito if you will). Came up to the end of the line ready to pay, watched my burrito get butchered and rolled with half effort. Ended up looking like the below trying to finish the burrito. I wish this Qdoba would take a little more pride in their work, cause that queso smacks.

Insanely expensive! Giving one star due to cost alone. Over $60 for 3 veggie quesadillas, taco entree, and some queso…crazy! I can go to a sit down restaurant like Red Robin or Chili’s and be waited on and spend less. It’s been 7 years since I’ve been to Qdoba, and this will likely be my last visit.

Clean. Friendly. Good portion sizes for cost. No additional cost for guac or queso (unlike at Chipotle). Food has always been hot and fresh. Extra rice and a quesadilla on the side of a bowl does not cost extra. Can be a little slow when busy but they do pay attention to you and have manners and make sure you get a good amount of what you want.

Terrible value. I ordered chicken tacos and was shocked at how little chicken they included—each taco had maybe half an ounce. Honestly, Taco Bell is more generous, and that’s saying something. For the price, I expected a decent portion, not to have to hunt for the protein. Disappointing experience.
