I have come into this Qdoba quite regularly for a while now and within the past week or two everything seems to have gone down hill. The food quality is not nearly what I was eating a month ago and the customer service has completely changed. I have seen alot of new faces and new attitudes that dont embody good customer service. I really hope they turn it back around because this used to be my favorite Qdoba!

This location is the STAR of customer service!! The portion sizes are HUGE!! The queso – THICK AND DREAMY!!! The guacamole is GREEN AND FRESH! And the customer service is OUTSTANDING!!
We have been huge fans of Q’doba for YEARS!! But sadly, many of them have gone downhill (small portions, watered down queso, etc.). It was a pleasant delight to find this location. A gem I am adding to the favorites – worth the drive from Colorado Springs!!

Overall, it was a good experience when I came here for lunch. I love how they have outdoor tables for the nice weather. I ordered my food to go. I have not been to Qdoba in a really long time, so I originally came for the tortilla soup. I discovered they no longer have that. I came midday on a weekday, so I hit the high school lunch crowd. Despite that, the service went pretty quickly. I got a bowl and a mini bowl. Since they didn’t have the soup anymore, I was happy to discover the “mini bowl.” I love how they have free queso and free guacamole with their entrees. I love beans, so for me, that’s one of the main ingredients in a bowl. Unfortunately, the pinto beans fell short. They looked pale in color and come in a huge tub of bean water. I ordered a chicken bowl, and the chicken was good, but not enough of it. I liked my bowls overall. I would check them out again and try some queso and more sauce to give my bowls a little more flavor.

This is my 2nd visit to a Qdoba in 2 days. This location is great. The staff here is super friendly, very helpful and made me an awesome burrito Bowl.
I got the same thing that I got yesterday and it was amazing. I added a chocolate chip cookie and it was so so so good.

They listen to exactly what you’d like and make your order perfectly every time!!
It helps that the Manager Connor is pretty much there every time we visit and is great at his job!
He hires personable, hard working people who actually like their job and it shows.
We’ve never had an issue with quality or quantity of our orders.
As former business owners at Park Meadows Mall we recognize employees with good work ethics which they do every single time we dine here.
Thanks Connor, Ramon,Mariah,Mark and Jacoby for always giving my husband and I plus our grandsons a great dining experience and keep up the great work!!
