We ordered online and picked up in store. My tortilla soup was a naked burrito and a small cup of the soupwhich honestly tasted terrible. Something was definitely wrong with the soup. The other burritos that we ordered were missing the cheese and sour cream. And honestly, the food just tasted off. Honestly super disappointed.

For some time now, the cashier has been putting a tip on our order without giving us a choice. The extra charge is on the receipt and no one asked. That is stealing.
The last time, August 17, 2025, after being charged extra, without my permission, I had to wipe down my own table. The dining room was filthy. There were no clean tables. The staff saw me wiping down my own table and said nothing. *** WHAT WAS THE FORCED TIP FOR? *** Thieves!
I don’t like their competition’s food. But I’m not eating at Qdoba for a long time after this. Steal from me? Then I have to wipe down a table and the filthy chairs? No thanks. Chipole has my business now.
Update 10/8: I guess no one at this store cares. The clandestine tip has to be stopped. Still not eating there.
Update 10/29: seems like the management only responds to positive reviews. You would think with the public getting burned out on the forced tip culture that they would fix the stealing and acknowledge it. If the staff adds $2 to every item and they do 300 items a day, that’s $600 they stolen from customers. You would think someone would notice the theft going on. 100% of the customers don’t leave a 20% tip for food we have to carry to the table ourselves.

They may not appear to be the fanciest restaurant out there, but they have been so great to me every time I’ve been there. My wife and I got here right when they opened. A lady unlocked the door and opened it for us. She greeted us with a smile. Then she went back behind the counter. Another lady asked what we wanted we both ordered a Chicken Bowl. It hit the spot for me.

Honestly I know this place has its moments but it’s always treated me well, kind staff and always food that is what you expect of Qdoba. There are those who complain about portion sizes but I can always get two meals out of a bowl.

Stopped in for some nachos this afternoon. The service was great! For the first time (and last time!) I had their ground beef. Definitely not a new favorite…. Just had a funky taste. Everything else was yummy!
