We had a catering order for pick up. When we got there nothing was prepped besides napkins and forks. They didn’t have all the meat we picked out, so we had to get more chicken less pork. The guy getting our catering ready (long hair) I didn’t catch his name, was nice and getting everything ready and said no one told him about the catering order when he came in. Another Employee named Zoey was kicking butt helping all the people in line, super fast and very helpful. While another employee walking around doing nothing. Over all thank you to the guy helping getting our stuff ready and Zoey for being on top of things!!

We ordered catering for our work. When the food arrived, we were missing all the toppings that go with the family meals. I called the restaurant to let them know and the guy on the phone was very rude. He said he found the topping and asked us to come get it. I was mid sentence and he hung-up the phone. Also, the tea was HOT. We did not have ice, so we had to go get the ice and also pick up all the toppings when it was supposed to be a delivery not a pick up. This delayed our business meeting as the food was not ready when we needed it.

Excellent food, excellent choices, great location with great views of the front range and Pikes Peak off in the distance, and very good customer service. The restaurant was well maintained and cleaned and is situated perfectly on Founders Hwy in Castle Rock. I highly recommend this place if you’re into great Mexican eats.

Horrible experience. Poor service and it showed in the food. The staff took forever to get my food and i was the only one there. Rice was burnt and crispy. I didn’t even eat it. Won’t be spending any more money at this location.
