I ordered my food online expecting it to be ready when I got there since it is a fifteen minute drive. I showed up, they didn’t even start my order. The girls making the food were putzing around and filling up the guac and other food. They got my order name, started the order, and promptly stopped anytime new customers showed up. Eight orders went by me… Another twenty minutes later they finished. They didn’t even give me the shredded cheese on my nachos.

I will never order online again because it asked me to tip, which I did. Failure.

My favorite Qdoba by far in the area. Always friendly and welcoming. The food is fresh whenever I go in and I love ordering group meals for my week’s meal prep when I’m short on time

Consistent quality and the place was really busy. Friendly staff and good portions. Always enjoy not having to pay for queso and guac. Floors were a bit sticky that day.

Ate here several times while I was in town and it was always a good experience. Food was generally warm and fresh-tasting, and I feel like I got my money’s worth every time. There’s a nice selection of ingredients and add-ons to experiment with until you find your favorite, so it shouldn’t get boring.

Has a well-maintained lobby and countertop. Floor and tables were consistently clean, and while there aren’t a lot of tables there is some outdoor seating for those inclined.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. I often stayed late and never felt like I was being pushed out. Can’t comment on what they’re like in a crunch since I always came well after the dinner rush, but I generally went from counter to table and eating within 2 minutes.

I was dissappointed to be hurried through line with absolutely no one behind me but as it was about 8pm, I tried to be understanding that it was towards the end of the day. Food here is usually tasty and made well and service personable but this visit was different. Upon getting home and tearing into our order we noticed the food was unusually salty. Like barely-edible salty. It took us a moment to realize it was the chips we picked up with our order (and already dumped a handful into bowls). Every other chip had what seemed like a handful of salt stuck to it. I feel for what this place charges for fast casual food mistakes like this should not be made. It ruined our meal and we did not have the energy to drive back and deal with it after a long day of shopping.

How was every single ingredient bad? UNDERCOOKED chicken. Guacamole that tastes only like salt. Rice and beans that taste only like salt. Old queso. Undercooked fajitas veggies that were overly soggy. It was $12.

Do better. I’ll be lucky if I don’t get sick from the few bites I took of this “food”.

Came in while they were closing and in the middle of cleaning. Got some of the best service at any qdoba I’ve ever had. Vinnie and the rest of the staff here are super hero’s and deserve a raise!

Wearing gloves does not mean your hands are clean. Especially if you scratch/wipe your face while wearing the gloves while you’re assembling my food.

Do it once, I’ll try to block it out while I’m eating. Do it twice, now it’s a gag worthy habit that leads to a review.

Still love the food, just don’t need the servers sweat and dead skin in my bowl.
