So mind you….this was the before pictures…like before we starting eating. I ate a total of 4 bites on the burrito before it fell apart on my lap and I then realized there were ingredients missing from my order.
The food and taste was atrocious and it was just wrong, the service got our food wrong the first time, my husband told them it was wrong before pulling away and they replied “well what’s wrong with it?” And even after they were “forced” to fix it they STILL got the food wrong. We should have seen the red flags of an empty parking lot and bad manners from the service team (a bunch of teenagers) but dang I didn’t expect it to be this bad. 0 stars. I DO not recommend. Or if you go make sure you triple check your food and quality before pulling away.

Absolutely love Qdoba! In my opinion it’s even better than Chipotle. The food always tastes super fresh, the portion sizes are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. Every time I’ve gone in, the staff has been incredibly friendly, patient, and quick to get my order ready. It’s such a great spot for a delicious, filling meal. Highly recommend giving it a try!

This is a great place to eat! The staff was friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious, the place was clean and the atmosphere was nice. My only complaint and the reason I didn’t give them five stars was that their food was expensive! We got a bowl, some nachos, a drink, and two bottled waters and it was $36! It was good but too expensive for our pocketbook. Thank you for a good experience Qdoba!

I usually love this place the service is always great and the ingredients are super fresh. But lately, everything in my bowl has been way too sour. It almost felt like I was eating a lemon bowl, I even skipped the salsa that had mango, this time thinking that was the reason, but the other toppings had the same tangy taste. I really hope they can balance the flavors better because otherwise, it’s a great spot!

First time to visit a QDOBA and the person working the line was very quiet and was not very helpful. Had the brisket bowl and when we got home realized the “brisket” was just really one big glob of fat. No way she didn’t know that when she made it. Certainly not worth $46 for two people when there’s a Chipotle right up the road that wouldn’t have a giant fat glob in it.

Really liked this Qdoba when they first opened. But been disappointed the last 2 times we came. It’s almost $13-14 a bowl. My husband and I got steak as protein and the staff gave us about 5 pieces of meat??? The bowl barely had anything in it. He just took 2 bites out of that bowl. Look at the portion??? Ridiculous
Update: Customer service was quick to reach out and compensated us for our bad experience. Not sure if management really stepped in, but it was definitely a lot better when we went back in the morning another day.

We had 3 bowls and 3 drinks. I was impressed with the taste and the bowls were filling. I would like to get a little more protein in my bowl. The cholula hot and sweet chicken with diablo queso was very tasty.
