I love Qdoba. My family used to eat at Qdoba once a week in Colorado. I was so excited to find Qdoba here. That excitement ended fast. The lady who waited on us was polite. That’s about it. No personality what so ever. Now for the food… Bland. My husband didn’t even eat his tacos. He ordered steak tacos. The meat was very tough and bland. He had 3 tacos and only ate 1. I ordered shrimp tacos and despite there being signs everywhere advertising their shrimp and it only being 11:45am, I was told they were out. Ok. So I went with the chicken. Bland. We ordered chips and queso. Chips were stale. Queso was just ok.
I had looked forward to going there for days. It was quite a drive for us to get there. Not worth it! Very disappointed. And, what a waste of money. It was expensive for two people. Almost $35 for sub-standard fast food and didn’t even eat it. Won’t be going back to a Qdoba any time soon, if ever.

I’ve never eaten at one of these locations before we are new to the state, but I can tell you from the way the employee was and the status of the entire building this place completely mismanaged and will not last long. The girl that was standing at the front of the counter, “ready” to serve, her head down on her phone changing the music in the entire store. I told her I needed a little bit because I’ve never been here before and then when I walked up and was ready, she continued to stay on the phone with her back towards me and then slowly put on gloves to get ready to serve and then touched her phone after she put the gloves on. Food was mediocre not worth $14 plus a tip. The condition of the whole restaurant was not great and the bathroom was horrible. I can’t even about 1230. There was no one in the restaurant until after it sat down to eat and then about five people came in. I’m pretty sure a restaurant that opens up around 10 in the morning didn’t have a rush that made the whole place be in a condition like this. It has to be just a general lack of management and following basic business practices.

Okay, I got rid of my original review because I can now understand the negativity. I got a chicken bowl. Guy barely puts any rice in the bowl, and then I had to ask him for more beans, twice. He puts barely any chicken, and just stares at me while I’m looking because I expected more. So, I bit the bullet and said I’ll go double. Once again, he barely puts any more on there even though I’m about to get charged over 4 dollars extra for it. Plus, the chicken was old, rubbery, tasteless. Like it had been dried out from sitting there, possibly re-heated multiple times. Charging people that much for that is pretty sad. Then we get to the cheese, and he’s still barely putting any on it, as if it’s coming out of his own pocket. I ordered a small bag of chips and they were stale and mostly broken little pieces. What exactly am I supposed to do with chip crumbs?
I should have gone somewhere else. I cannot believe I was actuslly looking forward to this. But, this was just terrible and overpriced. If I’m paying over 20 dollars for a bowl and some chips, it should at least be fresh, you would think. Definitely ot coming back here. There are plenty of other places where you can get better quality food and service for a hell of a lot less money.

I come to this Qdoba 1 a week and their employees are always prompt to greet us when we walk in They always satisfy our cravings for our bowls and a quesadilla. I love the outdoor seating at night with my family. Cozy fun environment. Delicious food.

We came in on a Sunday for lunch. There was a line of about 6 in front of us, so we waited about 15 minutes for our food. Portions were good. I got the habanero lime steak bowl and hubs got the cholula chicken nachos. Both were tasty and delicious. I think the location was short staffed. I only saw two employees working, but they did a great job getting us our food. However, they didn’t have time to tidy up the restaurant as tables weren’t wiped and the drink station was messy. But hey, two people can only do so much.

If you want nasty stale food with horrible customer service and a dirty restaurant then eat here. I will never be eating QDOBA again. Chipotle it is and cheaper for better quality and cheaper.

We have given this location 3 chances hoping it was just short staff issues that made this location so bad. Tonight there were 4 visible employees, all but 2 were just standing around. The lobby was filled with smoke when we walked in like they had burned something. Then we went to order, all of the following items were gone: black beans, steak, sautéd peppers and onions, lettuce and tea. What was left was the bottom of the container. No sense of urgency to take our order and no apologies for the missing items. After we paid full price for 1/2 a meal, we went to get our drinks and the drink station was sticky, almost everything was low including napkins, straws, etc. and no tea in the tea machine.
I would be more understanding if this was the end of the day and maybe an hour before close, but we arrived at 7pm during prime dinner time hours. Awful service, terrible food, and an all around bad experience. It’s such a shame because I have loved Qdoba for many years.

Wow! Incredible, helpful, polite staff, and amazing food! I highly recommend this place. It has a Chipotle feel but a different enough flare and quality to be a worthy competition! Very happy with the cleanliness and advanced soft drink dispensers. It has a very modern feel which I love too 🙂 All in all I’m happy I tried this place and will be back!

Hard pass on this Qdoba. You can tell this place is mismanaged. I love Qdobas but this was by far the worst Ive experienced. No shrimp, chips or several other line items. Everything looked old and cold on the line. It was dead at 1130 on a Saturday. Tables were dirty as was the drink area. It was cold and dirty.
