Ordered a rice bowl with all toppings and grilled steak as the protein for takeout. The steak had a nice grilled flavor and paired well with the fresh ingredients. Staff communicated clearly, and the order was prepared quickly. Packaging kept everything intact for a good meal at home.

I love QDOBA and visit ones in the city regularly, but this was a pretty distasteful experience. While I waited in line the worker went to the back to get more cilantro lime rice. When I was ordering I asked for it, but it was just white rice, so I asked where was the cilantro and he grabbed cilantro and a jug of lime juice and mixed it in front of me. The rice was all mushy and clumped together which is gross. Also I didn’t see any ground beef, which is what I wanted, he brings some from the back and pours it out of a plastic bag into the container in front of me. For my burrito he pulls out a bag of sour cream and proceeds to squirt it from the bag to the burrito? Extremely unprofessional if you ask me. The brown rice was very hard in my burrito as well. And the beans looked like they’d been sitting for who knows how long. This stores needs better procedure for prepping food and doing it in a place where guests aren’t watching. All in all, there needs to be a manager and rules enforced.

Im usually the last person to complain about food, even if its not the best i still eat it and dont complain. This was so bad i had a few bites and had to throw the rest away. The guacamole was very old and had grey spots in it. I tried the steak although it look incredibly dry and you could tell it had sat oit for hours. I tried the rice and it was hard and sour. I also got a brownie and thought at least they cant mess a brownie up. Im not sure if there brownies are frozen before or what but it was weird. It had either a freezer burnt taste or dirt taste. I was hungry and it was 20+$ so I tried to at least eat some bit i ended up throwing it all away. It was very much not fresh and with it being so expensive I would not recommend at all

We ordered catering, and while the food itself was fine, the overall experience missed the mark. The restaurant wasn’t very clean — the floors clearly needed a mop — and the staff seemed distracted. They also forgot half of our catering order, and we had to return and wait another 30 minutes for it to be completed.
Pricing was fair, but overall it felt like a smaller, less appealing version of Chipotle. We won’t be back.

W Qdoba because they have the al a carte for 5$ and they let you stack discounts like student and military 10% each and 50% if your in uniform . Some guys let you get things like cheese and salsa on the al a carte and other are super strict which I get but it’s just a pinch of cheese and salsa . Overall great value with discounts for the food !

I stopped in today and waited over 20 minutes to be helped, even though an employee acknowledged me several times. A small line formed behind me, and after we all stood there for about 10 more minutes with no service, we eventually gave up and left to go somewhere else. Really disappointing experience — I hope they improve their customer service because this was incredibly frustrating.

incredibly disappointed by my latest visit. the food here has fallen off in quality in recent years. I ordered a quesadilla and the cheese was barely even melted. the outside of the tortilla was hot/cooked but the inside was cold and very wet! the food here is absolutely not worth the price.

I consider myself a Qdoba fan. I lived in Manhattan, KS for years, and the Qdoba there was absolutely fantastic. Great food, great service. The Qdoba in Stillwater is a massive disappointment. By far the worst Qdoba I have ever been to. You can tell that no one cares about the food, the service, or the cleanliness of the restaurant. The workers walk around with a malaise, without any sense of urgency. You can tell the restaurant is not staffed correctly, and it shows in the quality of everything.
Some examples from my last visit: I went during lunch (not that busy) and there were no fajita vegetables. I was told it would be at least an hour before they would be cook – AT LUNCH. You should have someone manning the line the whole time to make sure the food is fresh and delivered in a timely manner. On top of this, I asked for the smoked brisket. It was basically empty up front, so the worker (I think shift manager) went to the back to get some more. He was gone at least 5 min, then he comes back up front with a plastic bag of brisket. You could tell he had just microwaved it. He cuts the bag in front of me, dumps the contents into the metal container, and then serves it to me. Not professional at all.
I tried to go here multiple times, hoping each time that the last time I went was a fluke, that it was actually good. Sadly, I have been disappointed every time I went. I hope they can turn it around – I miss my Qdoba. If they can somehow turn it around, I would happily try again. As of now, I will not be back.

My family and I walked into the restaurant to order lunch. We walked up to the counter and the gentleman in the kitchen who was making the food, looked directly at us, while picking his nose. He continued to pick his nose and went back into the kitchen. He proceeded to ignore us. Behind the counter was very very dirty and nothing has been wiped up. No one greeted us or said hello. The food looked like it had been sitting out a while. I never leave reviews but this looked very unsanitary. We left.

Location was messy. Food was tasteless. The eating area was messy anywhere I looked. Our chips were stale, the food bar had different food spilled over into neighboring containers, the chicken was tough to chew, couldn’t taste any of the spices. Beans were old enough that you felt yourself breaking through the skin on them. Won’t be back anytime soon.
