This Qdoba was open and providing wonderful service when my partner and I came in just after an intense snowstorm. The employee serving us was very helpful, and made sure to accommodate both my and my partner’s food allergies, even going so far as to confirm with the kitchen the exact ingredients in some of the items for our sake. They take allergen cross-contamination scenarios very seriously (not just for guests, but for their employees as well), and that was very comforting to experience. The person running that place cared about his staff and his guests alike, and it showed. he recommended a dish that was absolutely delicious — the quesadilla. It was unexpectedly filling and flavored (spiced!!) to perfection.

This was my first time at Qdoba, and I must say, the carnitas were delicious. They were incredibly juicy and had a unique flavor that set them apart from Chipotle. The crispy taco was not too hard, making it easy to eat. I also appreciated the option to substitute one of my sides for a small queso. Their queso was flavorful and satisfying. However, I would like to make a change and stop ordering rice. It’s not as good as I used to think. I’ll probably stick with some chips instead. Overall, I feel like I’m eating a healthy meal here. I’m getting a good serving size of pork in this case.

I rarely leave anything other than 5-star reviews, but this experience left me no choice. I ordered a quesadilla online from this QDOBA location and tried to redeem their “free queso and chips” promotion, following every instruction given by the young woman at the register. Despite meeting the conditions, the staff refused to honor it and handled the situation with visible irritation and confusion. At one point one of the staff came out from the back and started rambling to me saying I cannot just place an order online and request for a refund…. where did that even come from?!
The restaurant was completely empty, yet they made a fuss over free chips and queso. I eventually gave up and left after everyone in the store became visibly annoyed and unwelcoming. It was strange, confusing, and frankly humiliating to face so much negativity over something so small. I could have easily paid for the queso, but the way this was handled made no sense.
I’ve already reached out to Guest Relations but doubt it will be addressed. Poorly trained staff, unclear promotion policies, and terrible customer service. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location.

Easily the worst Qdoba I’ve been to. Walked in just before noon and there were zero employees up front. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and came back to the counter and still no one there. I waited and watched an employee in the back hanging out and making coffee. Finally after a few minutes someone came out. No apology for the wait. Then I went to get some iced tea and they had none. I asked the employee if there was any in the back and all she said was “unfortunately not”. Didn’t offer to make any and definitely didn’t make any while I ate. Poor service all around. No wonder there were only 3 customers in there at lunch time.

I’m so glad that the Joyce location finally made its debut, since the Dickson St. location closed down like 3 years ago. I didn’t ever visit the Rogers or Tulsa locations unless it was work related and I happen to be near one those Qdoba locations. The chicken is still the best chicken I have ever tasted and could eat it all day long.
I would put it up against any chicken place in the surrounding 50 mile radius without hesitation.

Up until tonight I was a big fan of Qdoba. Unfortunately tonight I feel like I was ripped off. The employee making my bowl put to be completely honest a pathetically small portion of chicken in my bowl. Like a tablespoon worth. Then when I asked for more I was told I would be charged for double. Absolutely absurd. Your competitors do not do this to customers and they give them their money’s worth. This is not 18 dollars worth of food. Disappointing.

Watching a manager freaking out on an employee who was relatively calm and professional was alarming. You could tell he was trying to get the employee to quit because Arkansas will not give unemployment to those that quit instead of being fired without just cause. Hope they fire the manager and get the employee hired back. He was much more professional.
Manager was some guy in glasses and bald. I will never go there again because of this guy and will be telling this story to all my friends and family.
Employee service was good, food was ok but small portions for the money. But the manager made the experience unbearable and TOXIC. Wouldn’t bring my kids to that.
4 stars for the employees, 0 stars for the hostile atmosphere created by management.

Very mid for the price. Food was okay, nothing special. First burrito had a hair in it because the employee (not the bald manager mentioned frequently in the reviews) wasn’t wearing a hairnet or a cap. They made me a new burrito. But for the price, they shouldn’t be so stingy with the proteins. It was probably like 2 oz of birria. I could barely tell it was in there.
The other three people in our group were also “disappointed”.
We were there about 5:45pm and the place was empty. Everything seems very outdated and old.
