I had good customer service and the food is quick. I would recommend their bowl option. Qdoba gives a decent portion. I had issues with their chips. It had too much salt. Maybe I got a bad batch. Overall, I would eat there again!

Extremely rude! Wouldn’t make a cheese quesadilla because they were “about to close” yet were still open for another hour. And the same ingredients used for it were used in a burrito. They also only had spicy queso and were rude when I asked for regular. I was also ignored when trying to check out because she was talking to a non customer and proceeded to be rude when checking out and gave attitude.

I had such a good experience here! It was our family’s first time coming in and the food was AMAZING! Not only was the food amazing but so was the service! We had Mechelle help us and she was unbelievably nice and helped us with our food! She has excellent customer service! I had my toddler with me who was making a fuss but Mechelle was so patient with us! I will definitely be back not just for the food but also for her! Give her a raise!! She deserves it!

Had a terrible experience with an employee that kept messing around and would not serve properly. This employee kept messing around with the equipment and was joking around saying that they were closed and saying just kidding. And was refusing my request without explanation. And claims the quesadilla machine shuts down at 4:30 when they close business at 6.

I get a bowl with steak, brown rice and spicy queso with some corn. I always appreciate Meshelle and Arielle when I come and visit because their customer service is always on top! Also their mandarin jarritos and cookies are a good pair to get with your meal!
