Never been to this chain before, the employees were very helpful, the food was reasonably priced, when I ate it it was delicious. Really hit the spot!! The restaurant was getting near closing time upon my arrival, I was not pressured or rushed. I had no idea what I was doing and they walked me though the process with ease. Very happy, very satisfied.

I was very excited for this Qdoba to open up and I moved to the area from a state that used to have Qdoba but they sadly had shut down in that area. All that to say we’ve come here several times, ordering our food to go. Last visit there we noticed an issue with the order accuracy when we arrived at home. I was very pleased with the manager Adrick (sorry if that’s not spelled correctly) who assisted with resolving this. I’ve not had many good experiences with companies resolving such issues, but Qdoba did phenomenally. When I got home I had a feedback request online which I completed. Then thought I should call, so my apologies for the double feedback on this. But I will say their customer service at the store and online was top notch. Way beyond what I have experienced from similar restaurants in this category.

I understand it was valentines day so they were super busy but after working uber eating all day to make sure everyone was feed and happy I decided to go here for dinner with my fiancee only for the one worker tall kid that was working next to the register to have an attitude especially towards myself and another female customer who had been waiting for 40 minutes for her food and his attitude toward me was because I messed up what I was trying to say because we felt rushed as the line behind us was so long. He literallyhad no care in how my food looked just literally throwing the food and condiments Into the bowl all sloppy. Dont ask for another scoop of guacamole because according to him your only getting 1 scoop when ive been there before and 2 scoops was never an issue if it happens to cost more for another scoop cool let me know nope he wasnt having. He clearly can’t handle pressure which was VERY clear tonight. As well as another worker accidentally dropped a spoon into another container I could see that kid was trying to help keep stuff stocked best he could but the kid with an attitude decided to start talking trash about this other kid in front of customers like he was mister cool guy. Everyone else was great but this kid definitely needs talking to because hes got horrible customer service and an attitude. I didnt come here after working 8+ hours delivering other peoples food to treat my self to this kids bad attitude.

This is the third time I made a pick up order online at this location. Walk-ins get priority over pick up orders. Our order was suppose to be ready for pick up at 5:49pm and I walked out with our order at 6:15pm. Others that came after me all got their food before I did. One of the employees did apologize, but this is the third time it happened. Do yourself a favor and instead of ordering in advance for pick up, just go in and make your order. You will be in and out and it will be much quicker!

Stood at the beginning of the line for 10 minutes. Wasn’t acknowledged once. They were clearly busy with online orders, but didn’t look at me or acknowledge I was standing there with my fussy toddler who wanted food.
Not only that, but the guys in front of me ordered a quesadilla. I saw one of them fall apart completely on the grill, but the guy still slipped it together and packaged it up.

On September 9th, 2025 at approximately 2:15 PM, I placed a curbside order at this QDOBA location and followed the instructions to call upon arrival. I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes with no follow-up.
Since no one came out, I went inside to pick up the order myself. I saw an employee—who identified herself as Sarah—having a casual conversation with another customer. When I finally got her attention, there was no greeting or acknowledgment. She simply said, “What’s the name?” then retrieved my order and slammed it on the counter without another word, immediately returning to her conversation.
When I asked to speak with a manager, she stated that she was the only one working. I told her I was not happy with how I was being treated, but she completely ignored me and continued interacting with the other customer. No apology, no resolution, no professionalism.
I ended up giving the food back and walking out, as I didn’t feel comfortable giving my business to a location that treats customers this way. I also took a photo, as I’m not confident she gave me her real name.
This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location. I hope management takes this incident seriously and addresses it appropriately.

Always good and fresh food, but each time I’ve done curbside, I wait 5+ minutes and finally just go in and my food is ready but they don’t watch the curbside spots. Additionally, I asked if there was silverware in the bag and they said yes but there wasn’t. The food is good, but I would just not recommend their curbside service.

I highly recommend this restaurant. From the service, to the price point to the food quality, they were, quite simply, spot on. Tough to find a place that nails it in all categories, yet this Qdoba did; seemingly effortlessly! I will be back!
