Thanks to the 3 ladies working Mothers Day evening. Mom to 2 older teens, so I didn’t want to cook or break the bank for dinner. Decided to use a couple coupons for qdoba. Awesome service, and the staff was so kind. My daughter is so shy and didn’t want to say her burrito was made wrong, as soon as the ladies found out they remade it right away with the most positive attitudes. Thank you, much appreciated

Well — I’m a die hard chipotle fan but I stopped in Qdoba for the first time today since I was in the area, and I think I’m converted lol. Joshua was incredibly helpful and attentive! The food was amazing! I love that there’s no extra charge for guac! It was just a great experience and I will be back regularly

I usually don’t write reviews but this place was exceptionally a bad bad experience. The guy serving me incredibly small portions and after asking twice didn’t put any beans in my bowl. I got two meats, one chicken and beef. I got barely any so I asked for more chicken and he charged me for a third meat when he put seriously 3 or 4 more pieces of tiny chicken in my Bowl. my wife said I should write a review after I finished so I don’t have a photo of my $15 bowl of hardly anything. I’m not one to complain to them so I didn’t. I will never be back. There was others who were watching this go on.

We stopped for a quick bite before our 3+ hour drive home. Upon entering, a staff member gave us a dirty look and was clearly unhappy to see customers. While standing there to order she rudely asked, “What do you want?” and was unhelpful with the card machine issue. The food tasted good but was mostly cold and poorly presented. We will not be back to this location!

I love eating at this place but just recently the chicken quesadilla tasted burned and barley any cheese in it all the chicken peices in there are burned same with the bowl all burned they need to do a better job cooking there chicken then tasting like charcoal this is the second time this happened but I thought I would give them a chance no more

The person taking my order seemed irritated and no one smiles. The protein portions are very small and bland. My chicken and steak were barely room temperature and made me feel uneasy to eat it. I paid over 12 dollars for 3 very small bland taco’s.

Sorry but I have to definitely drop a one star review on y’all due to your staff priority on in person orders over orders that were placed via delivery services such as doordash.
Orders should be made in the order they come in or, have one staff member focus on delivery orders as you get them and the other focus on in person orders when someone is in store placing a order.
Putting delivery orders at the bottom of your priority list is just going to cause drivers to become frustrated as you are affecting their earnings by putting them last. Also in that same regard it can lead to drivers refusing to pick up your orders meaning your orders are sitting for longer before going to the customer.
A simple order of just a burrito should not cause the drivers to have to wait close to 10 minutes or more upon arrival while multiple in person guest are served because they got prioritized.

At least check if the brown rice has been well cooked before giving it out to customers. The bowl is full of rice husks which can be felt with every spoon. Stopped eating after a spoons. Worst Qdoba EVER !
