This was awsome, staff this day was excited to assist. Was greeted and asked on what he could get us. The guy made the bowl up and I said ” that’s a nice full bowl”, he stated ” I make it the way I would want one for myself”. Helpings of all items were full. The Pork Carnitas were flavorfull.

By far the worse experiencei’ve had at this restaurant the food was disgusting that nacho chips worst stale customer service was terrible. I waited over 25 minutes to pick up an online order as they continued. Serving 30 other customers before I got my order. I went there on valentine’s for the Bogo. There is a reason why I stopped going to this restaurant and I started going to Chipotle instead. Never again will I go back on top of all of that, I paid for double proportion. What I got was the opposite. I could still see the bottom of the bowl

The Mexican food is pretty good here when your in a pinch.
The line moved pretty quickly. The staff seemed to have e everything under control.
I got the steak bowl with all the fixings. I enjoyed it. I have no complaints. The dining area was pretty full. I’m glad they have a patio with seating outside.

I do DoorDash I came in to pick up someone’s order and they’d started on it but decided to help out other customers at the front. Now I can understand if it was before I showed up but they just kept helping the new customers as well. If you guys don’t want DoorDash just shut it off or talk to your franchise. I let the customer know what was going on and they were not very satisfied. We just do the deliveries it’s up to you how you want to treat your customers. Your customers

Worst than Chipotles food serving scandal. Bought a mini bowl and got a toddlers serving amount of food: 1/4 cups of chicken and 1/4 cups worth of corn 1/4 cups of brown rice and cheese for $7.51. It looks bigger on camera, but I would consider this a snack. This may not be the servers fault but the policies they are taught for the amount they should give to the customers.

Food was ok. The texture and flavor of the steak and chicken taco meat was not the greatest. Overall fairly good value for the money I guess. One annoying issue tho, was only 1 self serve soda machine, so there was a long wait, everytime we went back to refill our drink.

Jordyn is the best manager I’ve seen in any business and I’ve worked a lot of different jobs in my life the pride the manhattan store takes is outstanding we’re not just serving out food to members of the community and people traveling but we make real connections we know our patrons by name (if you come very regularly) some of you dont even tell us what you want unless your changing it up and some already have thier bowl or burrito or whatever they might normally order sitting at the register as soon as the door opens and I just wanna say thank you Qdoba you make me not only feel valued but like I have a home away from home good food and good people and to the rest of the crew at the manhattan store im not gonna name everyone of you that would take forever but everyone of you deserves a star
