I wish I would have read the reviews before placing an order here tonight. First of all I’d like to say SHAME ON THE OWNERS FOR NOT CARING ABOUT THE STAFF OR WELL-BEING OF THE STORE!!
I placed an order for pickup this evening and arrived 30 minutes later to collect my food. Imagine my surprise when I’m greeted with a long line of people waiting to order and another long line of people waiting to pick up their online orders. The teen two employees were trying their best to fulfill the small mountain of orders. It appeared that one person was in charge of making all the online orders and the other in charge of making all the in person orders.
This was on a Saturday evening, during peak dinner hours. INSANE.
While waiting I noticed the floor of the work station was dirty. Crushed chips everywhere and dropped items long forgotten. The little work counter had a pile of cheese, lettuce, and various ingredients. They were leftover spoils of burritos and bowls past made. No one seemed interested in doing a quick wipe down, although to be fair, no one had the time to do a quick sweep of the floors and wipe down of counters. At one point I saw an employee fling some guacamole into the trash because some other ingredients had gotten into it.
That’s right. He FLUNG it into the trash as if he was trying to make a basket.
You guys, don’t go here. Don’t get a job here. It looks stressful to work for these people. While waiting, I read a news blurb about how the “restaurant group” planned to expand to 12 more locations in the metro. I shudder to think of 12 more subpar, poorly managed stores in the area. Chipotle’s food quality has been disappointing of late but at least I know I’ll get my food in a timely manner with the appropriate amount of staff, working in a CLEAN environment.

I ordered the “build your own” nacho bowl online, when I received the food it was missing multiple ingredients that I had requested with my order and the portions of the order were smaller than usual. I am not one to normally write reviews, if I don’t like a place I will generally just not eat there again, however this is also not the first time this has happened. I would recommend avoiding this establishment, the food tastes good when they actually give you what you’ve ordered and paid for, however that is often hit or miss.

The dinning room is spacious and they have patio seating. It has a pleasing aesthetic. The burritos were good. I just think it’s too much rice.

Food is ok, but the place is completely dirty. Floors full of food, nothing cleaned under water machine and any table. The kitchen looks like a mess, with spills of food everywhere. Even the serving area which customers see to order is filthy… last opportunity I gave them was today… feels like you are eating dirty food

I love this place I go here almost 4-5 times a week and the workers so nice and kind with portions with food and would recommend for people and the workers know my order too and place is really clean and workers sometime give out free drinks too

Ordered two “make your own bowls” and they were missing over half of the ingredients. It’s like they read the first 4 ingredients (chicken, rice, beans, queso) and then just sealed it up. No pico de gallo. No corn salsa. No sour cream (asked for extra). No shredded cheese. No cotija cheese. No pickled onions. No tortilla strips. That’s literally over half the order not there. It was like that for the other bowl we ordered too. The guy at the counter seemed nice enough, but the food was a giant disappointment and waste of money.

I’m not sure what happened this past month, but I just walked out in the middle of getting my bowl made. The guy didn’t even let me finish my sentence when I was telling him what I wanted, and there was no one else behind me in line! After he put the wrong hot salsa in my bowl, if he had just let me finish speaking before rushing me, he would’ve heard me say habanero, not whatever he put in there. I will not be back.
