Longtime fan of Qdoba. Their queso nachos with roja salsa are top notch and hard to beat in my opinion. Brownies are normally excellent as well. I’ve visited stores in Illinois, Missouri, and Minneapolis and they’ve been consistently great. They’ve always seemed to be able to keep up with getting crowds through too so no long wait times for great, fresh fast food.

Our 1st visit to this place will also be our last! We were the ONLY people there and WE had to wipe off our table. While in line to order, we noticed the meats looked a bit dry, contemplated just leaving, but decided to “give it a try”. BIG MISTAKE!!! I ordered the ground beef taco salad, ZERO flavor! My husband and son both ordered burritos, one steak and one pork, same outcome….ZERO flavor! The chips were VERY stale, the salsa tasted like metal, none of us could even begin to finish our food. It was disgusting! $35 wasted. To be honest, Taco Bell is 10x better and I don’t eat at Taco Bell!!!! The one star is ONLY because I had to in order to post a review!!

I’ve been in twice. I wanted to give them a chance. There won’t be a third visit. No one I’ve dealt with at this location has been polite or nice, either time. The food was just okay, and I have been to many different Qdobas.

Oh, you want guac on that? No extra charge here. Tons of sides and options for your burritos, tacos, nachos and other tasty treats. Chips and cheese are great. Sign up for the rewards program. The staff is friendly, patient and very helpful. The free limes by the drinks and silverware is a great touch.

Good food and service. Very similar to Chipotle except guac and queso is free and they offer bowls in two sizes. I’d give it five stars if the dining room had been clean. The restaurant was practically empty, yet we had to clean our own table. Also, booth seating is fine, but chairs at tables were super small.

This store was swamped and employees didn’t know the menu. Long wait on Friday night was somewhat expected but tacos were all wrong. Standard dressing for tacos is usually awesome but wrong sauces and mixtures made this trip regrettable. I’ve had tacos at the Westport location several times 5stars, but here not so much. Maybe it was a bad night.

Their pork tacos are great but the cashier sucked. I was with my two sisters for dinner. First she asked if we were all together, i said no and pointed to my youngest sister who was ordering with me. I added chips and guac and 2 drinks. The cashier rang us up all together and i had to ask her why my total was off, she said that was the price for all three of us. So then after she took off my other sisters food i had to ask again for the drinks and the cashier had the nerve to ask how many…. like how many times do i have to tell you everything. You already rang is up together after i told you we were not and pointed to who i was paying for(mind you the sister i was paying for was right next to me in line, like no one in between) and now you have forgotten about the drinks we told you about 3 seconds ago. Like Just pay attention, it wasn’t busy in there, cashiering is your only task at the moment. She also seemed a little snappy as well even though i never once showed my annoyance with her incompetent/ inattentive behavior. And didn’t apologize or seem apologetic at all for her mistakes. I won’t be back because i can get nicer/ more efficient service for $30 tacos and quac elsewhere!

Service was extremely slow only one person work in the line. The philosophy on serving size and customization is limited as it is a corporate location rather than a franchise. Wasn’t to impressed. Will prefer to eat at the location in Topeka any chance I get.

I love the food here, but I am docking a star because the service is SLOW. I went for lunch one day, and although there was a long line, the staff were spending several minutes on each customer. Other Qdoba locations I’ve been to can fully prepare a burrito in just a minute.
