$12 burritos featuring less than 1/4 of beans and rice. The kid’s meal had more food in it than either full size burrito we ordered. Chips in the kid’s meal were stale and had crunchy old beans mixed into the bag. Chicken in the burrito was more charred bits than actual meat. Staff was rude and ignored us. Waited for them to make several orders after us before they bothered to cash us out. Not clean at all. Absolutely disgusting experience.
We usually go to the battlefield location and love it. This one needs to be shut down. Just hope my kid doesn’t get sick from the couple bites she did eat before we walked out.

It had been a while since the Hillbilly visited the E. Sunshine Qdoba, so I stopped in.
Cora waited on me and fixed my 3 Cheese Chicken Nachos perfectly! The store was very clean and the service was great!

We love Qdobas and had never been to this location…we were on the way to the airport so it was convenient and the qdobas sign lured us in. I HATE to complain, but in this instance I feel I need to warn. The food was OK but nothing like I usually get at qdobas, food looked like it’d been in the warmers a while. The 2 employees were very nice, but that couldn’t save the experience. There was no one else in the restaurant. Floors were dirty, the area around drink dispensers and condiment area was really dirty, and not from a busy afternoon…you can tell it’s not regularly cleaned, it was thick. I had to use the restroom and I dreaded it. Floors and molding at base of walls were black…it just looked 3rd world…my hubby got 3 little tacos which were OK, I got a chicken burrito…meh. my root beer was not adjusted correctly, it was really syrupy. I just wanted to leave. I can’t believe this location is even allowed to exist. Id never go back..and after reading the other posts I see im not alone. The responses sound like they are co corned about bad experiences but that’s just P.R. there’s

Kevin is that guy!! He saved this location and I swear he’s working every single time I go no matter the time or day. He’s such a joy to walk in & see and always makes sure we get the food we pay for. The restaurant is always clean when he’s there and the food and portions are perfect. I can tell his employees work with integrity because he leads by example. I honestly don’t like going to any other location because I have the best experience here every time.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered a mobile pickup for 12:30pm. Had a delay and wasn’t able to show up until 1:09pm but somehow my food still wasn’t done. They hadn’t even started it. This would be fine if it were super busy, but there were 3 only three customers there.
The food was gross. Bowl ingredients tasted stale and the steak was incredibly fatty and chewy. I included a picture of just how bad it was. The only decent thing was the chips & queso. Definitely will not be back.

The food here is really good. I especially like the street tacos and get a side of chips. Just really expensive for fast food. It was 15 bucks for my three tacos chips. The chairs are hard and there’s really no place to have a private conversation with someone while you eat. .

The service was AWFUL, and the quality was INEDIBLE. Mean people serving garbage food. Nothing was fresh, nothing about my burrito bowl or my girlfriend’s burrito was acceptable. I will never eat here again a complete and total waste of money.

My food was disappointing, cold at best, and far from fresh. They scraped the bottom of the rice pan to fill my bowl, resulting in about half a portion. As we were finishing my order, they finally refilled the rice with a fresh batch. The grilled chicken and spicy queso I requested were also cold, and they had to refill the queso as it was out. Only then did I realize they hadn’t offered me beans (also cold), and when I asked, I got about half a scoop. Finally, when I requested cilantro, I later found a 4-inch stalk with leaves still attached in my bowl. As I finished my meal they took the tea from the drink counter. Guess what I was drinking. When i asked the manager about it she said they were about to close. The sign said they were open for another hour.

I’ve always loved QDOBA, but unfortunately this location has been the worst experience I’ve had. I usually come in around 8 PM after work, and the crew consistently comes across as rude, dismissive, and like customers are an inconvenience.
One employee in particular, a girl with black hair, doesn’t listen when taking orders, is rude, and makes the experience unpleasant. Another employee (who reminds me of “Uncle Rufus”) is just as bad. The only positive experience I’ve had was one night with a brand-new hire who was polite and trying her best. Instead of helping her, the other two disappeared into the back and left her to figure everything out alone. If you ask why I went back few times,it was to see if I caught an off night or see if a different crew was working.
The food service itself has also been disappointing, with items served out of zip-lock sandwich bags. I live only five minutes away, but I’m now choosing to drive 30 minutes to another location just to receive decent service and food quality.
This is incredibly frustrating because I genuinely enjoy QDOBA, but this location makes me feel unwelcome every time I visit and is always empty and I now know why.
