Went to try this place for my very first time and let me tell you that I really dislike to give bad reviews. But boy I will never ever go back to this place again ever to buy food from there. Mind you that where this place is located at there’s plenty of options for you to eat. With that facts alone you would think that their service and quality would be better. However I definitely got a rude awakening from start to finish. The main reason for this in my opinion is the Manager that was on duty at this location. He totally made my whole experience of trying them out my first and last, it’s so sad because the crew that was working last night from my observation was a bunch of nice and friendly guys. Originally I wasn’t going to tipped them but I decided to change my mind and only bc of the cashier then next thing I noticed was the Manager butting in again and being very rude and unprofessional towards me which in turn made me even more upset with that fact that I did tipped them. You know I didn’t have to do that but I did and it was only bc I was thinking about the whole crew themselves. Also the fact that I had worked in the fast food industry myself as a teenager so I completely understand how hard it is to work in one. So again I want to STRESS THAT I DISLIKE TO GIVE BAD REVIEWS and want to say “thank you” for taking your time out to read all of my reviews on Google. MUCH LOVE!

Placed an order through Door Dash and what I got delivered to me was terrible. You would think it would be easy to make a burrito bowl, but apparently not. More rice than what is necessary and hardly any chicken in the bowl, let alone did receive the veggies that was supposed to be on there, nor the guacamole, among other things just not acceptable when you expect something to be edible when recieved.

I love Qdoba! That’s the short answer.
I love that I can get any sauce added to my food for free, and I enjoy a combo of the green sauce, the pink sauce, Pico de Gallo, and mild queso.
I love that they don’t charge extra for guacamole.
I love the steak and the carnitas. I always get a bowl. The grilled veggies are fantastic, and I was finally introduced to pickled onions – where have THESE been all my life?!?
In short, if you haven’t, give Qdoba a try!

I want to give a huge shout out to the manager at this location. I ordered delivery and ended up having to pick up the order but she was very happy to let me pick up the order and remake it because the dasher was being super crazy about having to deliver.
Such a good experience everything was great when we finally got to eat made my daughter’s birthday dine a great one thank you so so much

The cashier was friendly…the chicken dry no flavor the corn salsa was almost out and instead of getting a new pan the employee making my bowl scrapped a what tiny bit was left out. The bowl itself was terrible I didn’t even eat half. There was no shrimp and food line looked dirty.

Taylor and Mitchell of the night crew were amazing and patient as well as helpful with the menu items I was looking at as well as made me felt like an important person to serve. Would definitely make this place my first pick. Thank you Taylor and Mitchell for the excellent meal.

I absolutely love QDOBA but this location has burned me too many times. Last time it was crunchy beans and a 4 inch tear in my burrito. This time they put my tacos in the bag sideways so everything fell off and since they used the wrong sauce it leaked all over everything else. The portions are atrocious if you order online. If you watch them make it, it’s good.
UPDATE: You can see QDOBA’s cookie cutter response. Reaching out to guest services did not make it right at all. They offered me a free entre (which doesn’t cover the burrito because it had “Extra” meat) and did nothing about the tacos or the mess. Just don’t go to this one. I loved QDOBA, but this specific one (along with their useless customer support) soured me on the brand all-together.

Have never been to a Qdoba in the Kansas City area, and it has been a very long time since we last visited another location. I ordered the steak quesadilla and steak burrito bowl for lunch earlier this week. The service was great, and she was talkative and helpful. The food and quac were good, but I don’t think the steak meat compares to Chipotle. We hope to give Qdoba another chance someday.

Normally, I’m Qdoba > Chipotle but not after this experience. Ordered 3 cheese nachos through uber eats and there was virtually no cheese, just toppings, and there was maybe two good pieces of steak. The rest were gristly and ended up in a napkin. I ordered a coke and got a sprite.

I have worked a job like this. Where you pick options 1, 2, 3, etc. I would like to mention that if a customer ever said to me, “im not sure how this works” I would explain how everything works. This is NOT what we were met with either time we went. The first time my husband and I went we only went with our baby and we didnt feel rushed but the person wasn’t necessarily helpful with ordering. This last time we went (our second time), we brought our Autistic son and our baby. We felt so rushed. The person wasn’t helpful. I was asking questions and didn’t receive answers. We were asking for things on the side since both kids were eating from our stuff. I didnt feel welcomed once I had our Autistic son with us. Standing in line our son was excited and happy stimming and the person “taking our order” made us feel rushed since i waant even done before she moved onto the guy behind us, who alao appeared annoyed. We decided to sit outside since he can be kinda of loud. Outside space isnt well maintained either. There’s spider webs all over, the garbage can is rusty. They offer high chairs but no booster seats. We dont take our son out often. The first visit was a trial run and it was okay which is why we came back with our son but I didnt feel welcome, or listened to. Would I go back? Maybe. But I’ll give it time before that happens.
