Just left this location still sitting in my car. Customer service was AMAZING from the moment I walked up, until I left. The guy making my bowl was very nice and engaging. The lady who rung me out was also nice and engaging as well. They seemed happy to be at work and even made me laugh! Hope they continue to have a great day!!

I am officially done with this Qdoba the past couple of times I have been here. The food did not taste like it normally taste its now tasting less salty than I wanted to and I just had some lemonade that tasted watered down. This place is always a toss-up, more often than not just laughable. My bowl contained half-cooked rice, they forgot the jalapenos, and my “guacamole” was just massive avocado slices they clearly didn’t bother to mash up. What even is this?

When it comes to CWE, you can always count on catching the crew that does not want to be at work. The fact that they couldn’t fulfill an online order placed over an hour before they closed, I called before driving 15 minutes minutes to confirm that they had the order(because let’s be for real; Clayton is only a few minutes up the road and they ALWAYS get it right) and was told ‘I’m sure they have it up there’ Only to get there and be greeted with an actual roach working the register and employee attitudes, you don’t have to tell me twice not to come back.

Heavy on not coming back! Just left there after dealing with somebody who clearly did not want to be at work. I told the lady that this is my first time at this location or even at Qdoba ever. Everything wasn’t fully prepared so I settled for what they did have. Girl didn’t smile, every time I ask about certain things before her response gave a little huff and barely explain it as if I was bothering her. Tossed the bowl by register barely said my total and I had to ask her to speak up. She said my total (with an attitude) and snatched the receipt from the machine and asked me did I want it. Now why would I??? While she’s ringing me out another customer address the same issue of of her rude demeanor and I honestly had to walk out and think about it why would I spend my money at a place where it feels like you making an order bothers them. Yes did I go back and get a refund and didn’t even want the food. This whole experience like a bitter taste in my mouth I pray that nobody else experience that especially with it being their first time.

Just left this place Saturday night and what do you know, the brown rice is partially cooked and crunches in my mouth with every bite. It’s 2024, why is it so hard to cook rice in a timed rice cooker??? This is the level of service to expect from here. The workers are just doing anything because they can tell that the rice is undercooked and hard, but yet they still sell it to us. I purchased a bowl and it’s going straight into the trash. They were also out of a number of ingredients. I should have walked out and left following my first mind. Never again will I eat at this place and I wouldn’t recommend it either.

I ordered on Uber eats. All I really wanted was some salsa and chips, so I ordered 2 large salsa and chips. I then thought why not get a burrito, so I did! I got a ground beef burrito created by me for me…I got trash! No chips no salsa and my burrito wasn’t even close to what I ordered. I called wondering why this happened and was told that I had to ask for roasted something(I have no idea)in order to get salsa and chips. Like he didn’t understand that I ordered 2 Large Salsa and chips…I didn’t understand because it was a Mexican restaurant acting like they didn’t know what salsa and chips were. They close at 10:00p.m. I ordered shortly after 8:00p.m. so it definitely wasn’t closing time. I was told that they ran out of chips hours ago. Instead of sending me my 2 LARGE SALSA AND CHIPS, I got four small containers of what they said was pico! I paid $35 for nothing. Small order and it still got messed up!
